This is fantastic. I can still see Buffy in there but its easily overlooked. The hairsculpt is GREAT. You have nailed hair sculpting perfectly. It flows naturally and looks really well defined. Love it! The outfit is very well sculpted too and the paintjob really makes it pop. I particularly like the paint job on the front of her skirt, the way the colours blend is fantastic.
Superb work!

Hey All Havent posted in a while, hope its OK to post this here. I went to London Comic Con on the weekend and this idea popped into my head. I thought it would be freaky. For those unfamiliar, Leviathan are a monster in the TV show Supernatural based on a Biblical demon nick nammed "the Big mouth" Hope you all like Wayne Here are some reference images. Here is my sculpt. I used a mannequin head as i didnt have a facecast of myself to hand. So i then made a mould and cast it in Latex. I painted it with skin tones and then added clear elastic (rather than gluing it to my face) I lined it with a black fabric that i could see through but no one could see my face. Very disconcerting. For once, my long gangly body has worked in my favour. People were very freaked out. Me being beaten by Spidey Me vs Castiel These photos have been edited to remove the seam

Great figure! Love these Walking Dead figures. I like his face from the side but from the front it seems a bit short and wide? But its pretty close The outfit is cool and the zombies look awesome Great work

This is probably one of the most amazing accurate sets ive ever seen! Im very familiar with Charmed and ive spent alot of time looking at this environment for a project and i must say, you have it pretty amazingly spot on. My favourite parts are probably the banisters. They are very specific and you have done them very well! I did one of these a few years ago of the blown up attic from the finale of the series, i think you should make another one and make it destroyed, i think you could pull it off very well. Superb work.

Thanks for the feedback everyone I really enjoyed making this. Any chance to use some wet clay and I enjoy it! Looks pretty sweet mate. Wanted to make one of these bad boys myself but laziness prevails as always. Might have to put an order in. Thanks Henz! Yeh I've been wanting to make this for ages, finally got round to it! Really great work. How much would one of these cost to ship to Sweden? No way I can afford it this year, but since it's from a cast(I assume it is) Ihope to be able to get it one day. Also, could we see the back? Any hole for wall hanging? Ive cast it in a real lightweight resin, so it shouldnt cost too much. I can give a quote if you PM me The back is just plain but ive added a little hanging attachment on the back, so it can attach to a nail or screw Please PM me if anyone is interested

Sculpt is perfect as usual. Great job on the goat head, his eyes looks scray lol. Great effects, love the texture and especially the shimmering details. Very neat idea! Will this go with my Premium format Chosen Buffy? Thanks BA1! It wasn't sculpted to be in scale with the PF, but the Seal definitely wouldn't look out out place with it

Hey All I made something a little different this time. This is my Seal of Danzalthar Wall Plaque. It measures just under 9" wide and is cast in Cold Cast resin. This would also be a perfect display piece besides 12" or PF statues. And a great base for any 6" figures, especially Chosen figures I hope you all like I will be offering these for sale for £35 GBP Thanks Wayne

Elee. Please try to respect Jess. Shes a veteran here and has probably made more figures than anyone else on the site! By all means comment but your post comes across as a bit out of order and not constructive at all.. You should know by now with customising that it isnt all black and white. Some things are very difficult to do and you work with what you have sometimes. Jess, i think this is great. Yes the hair could be a bit more drapey and fall with gravity more but other than that, great sculpting and painting Perhaps the gravestone could use a bit of dry brushing just to bring out the detail. But its a nice addition Good iob!

Hate to say Wayne was off on his Urn shape then. The Urn wasn't that weathered either clearly from the screen cap. That's ok we'll see if it works when you summon Osiris. I think maybe you need to look a real photos of the prop and the factory x prop replica before basing your decision on a screencap of a night scene. When making a prop replica you have to consider alot of things. Practicalitiy is one of them. You cant jist pic a screencap at random and say "oh thats wrong". Tv shows add filters to their footage. Alot of the detail is lost in those photos. The urn is full of tones and weathering. It is an ancient egyptian urn after all.

Looking to see if anymore knows who owns the custom "Supernatural" 'Dean' figure whose head was made using the 'comic con' Dean ornament. I made one using the bust and gave it legs. If thats the one, I believe it was for LiorKnight.

Great work Elee. Shes a hard figure to pull off. I'm with Roadie on this one, she could have done with more bounce in her hair. I find it really helpful to look at as many references as possible and view from all angles when sculpting. Not sure what paint you are using but it looks like she could have done with a few more coats of paint. For jeans in future, dont be afraid to add some brown and green to the blue to get a denimy colour. For my OMWF Buffy, i started with a navy and added alot of brown and black to get the colour. More black than i thought. It can be lightened with white after to give it a few washes Keep up the great work

Hey All I thought id try something different for this Premium Format. Its something I have wanted to do for a long time. I tried it in 6" form and it worked but this was more of a challenge. I took a clay impression of Buffys head and re-sculpted the lower half of her face, widened out her nostrils some, lifted her eyes and brows. Anyhoo, the best reference for this was Going through the Motions, so i used that as reference. I sculpted her mouth with tongue and teeth. I reposed the body, the Premium format had a pose quite similar but i wanted it looser, so i cut it to pieces and repositioned it. slight bend at the knees, twisted her torso. I also removed and resculpted her chest to be more realistic. Usually I dont bother but for this outfit it was necessary. I added a detail that Ive never seen anyone else add before. The red sparkles around her pocket and all the way up to her knees. For this I used little gems made for nail art. Overall, I am very happy with her. This has opened up so many possibilities. Id love to know what you think. Her base is in development so I will post more pics when that is done Thanks Wayne

Great Thread Roadie! Your custom is brilliant! Mine looks like hogwash compared to this lol My first one was back in...jeez...2004 My first one sucked basically. Id never sculpted before this. I used Red Pants Buffy Looking back, it isnt dreadful but it shows you can improve over time. She did have detail in her shirts but it seems my photo skills were also awful back in the day. Almost 10 years ago!!
