This is fantastic. I can still see Buffy in there but its easily overlooked. The hairsculpt is GREAT. You have nailed hair sculpting perfectly. It flows naturally and looks really well defined. Love it! The outfit is very well sculpted too and the paintjob really makes it pop. I particularly like the paint job on the front of her skirt, the way the colours blend is fantastic.
Superb work!

I really like this as well. I think you achieved what you had set out to do. Yes we can still make Buffy out and to me it seems like a lost Halloween episode where Buffy would dress up like Ariel if not maybe Tara. So then the Princess wouldn't be complete with out her Prince Angel...I mean Eric.

Really like the concept of this piece and the finished result. You've certainly achieved what you set out to do. Again I love the way your figures merge seamlessly into the base, the colours are really sharp and fresh and she has a real human feel to her. Stunning sculpt on clothing and hair. I can't wait to see the rest of the series. Beautiful work!

Gosh, I totally see Ariel in it, so lovely, also love the "base". The paintjob totally brings out the little mermaid likeness, funny what the SMG sculpt is good for, Anyone else see a Eva Longoria likeness in the Sideshow sculplt? Love your hairsculpt, it looks perfect.
Again, very creative and brilliant bust, loves it!

I can see Gellar, but Ariel is a fictional character, maybe she will look like Sarah in real style, I mean Sarah is very sexy, she can be Ariel anytime. I really like the idea and the paintjob is very artistic, you should make her in mermaid style too.

did you see the post last week where Alyssa Milano said she was the inspiration for Ariel (when she was on Who's the Boss)? google it- if you want to do an Ariel figure.. maybe a Charmed Phoebe... I concur with everyone's great comments about this, Kenobi you are back and rocking! keep up the excellent work!

I really love this (and all of your recent busts), you've come such a long way with your sculpting & painting. It's really beautiful. Just gorgeous work Kenobi!
I'm also a big Disney fan and I can't wait to see your other projects, especially the Megara one. I would love to see you do a Pocahontas one sometime down the line (she's always been my favorite Disney gal).

I really like this! The base is great! I didn't notice the SMG head until I read it in the comments. And I saw the article about Alyssa Milano- I agree the Phoebe fig would be a good head for an Ariel figure. Any more princesses in the works? I'm a Disney girl-so I can't wait to see more

I really like it too, especially the clothes. The way you sculpted them flowing onto the barrel in front looks very natural and water-like to me. I can't wait to see your Mulan one, and I second Jess' Pocahontas suggestion.
