Work in progress... Here's Cassandra Rayne! For those of you who've never played on the buffy video game 'chaos bleeds', here's who Cassandra Rayne is... She was a warrior who tried to defeat the first by using 'hopes dagger' but was killed centuries ago. And yup, if you haven't guessed by the last name, she is an ancestor of Ethan Rayne! She wasn't a slayer, but she was a warrior and I thought she'd be a cool and different custom to make! Plus I've never seen any customs made from any of the video games! I made her from a deluxe body and arm, darla reunion arm and a terminator 3 figure head. Hope's dagger is just a buffy/angel sword that I added a little sculpey to. I will be covering it in silver glitter to get the 'sparkly' effect that you see in the game soon . The shield is from a lord of the rings figure I think. Some of the accessories are from charmed and buffy figures I had to sculpt pretty much everything as she has a very tricky 'outift'! The base is made from part of a buffy base that I poured resin onto and then made a rough surface for the floor and the back is 2 pieces of hardboard. The base isn't finished yet as I'll be adding several other accessories and making more floor space Cassandra also needs a bit more work doing to her but overall this piece should be completed very soon! Here's what Cassandra looks like in the game: Thanks for looking!

Loving her so far, could we have a couple of daylight shots as well, the details are hard to pick out! Great use of parts, the Terminatrix head is a perfect choice and I love her stance. Very lovely work, well done!

I'm so old school!) so I only just discovered the buffy games! I'm glad though, it gave me something different to the buffyverse! I would recommend playing again there's a lot of custom possibilities I think! Oh, I updated this thread with pictures of Cassandra from the game

Oh no! you chose the wrong platform roadie. When Buffy came out, the first video game for Buffy was released on XBOX as a available on XBOX ONLY video game. Chaos Bleeds was available on both XBOX and PS2. Then there was that Gameboy Color game.
XBOX was the thing to get because of all the exclusive FOR XBOX ONLY games.
I got my PS2 late last year as well out of a GOODWILL for only $35.00 and it was the chunky model.
Off topic, coming back now. It's a great custom. Perfect head choice, but you may want to resculpt the hair. It's parted down the middle and the T3 head you're using is on the side rather than the middle. For the body armor, Just don't forget to layer it out to show depth. With the video game you can see the sharpness and edges in the armor.

Oh brings up all the wonderfull memories of the Buffy video game again <3 I havent seen this one made before, as allready mentioned choice of parts is great, I wouldnt mind about the hair as its close enough IMO, its hard to judge about the layers and dept since the pics look dark and mysterious, I really love that style as it adds a lot to the custom. From what I can see sculpting is great. Good job

Thanks guys yeah I got the xbox game after I'd completed the chaos bleeds on the ps2, but because it was so cheap I ended up buying the chaos bleeds for the xbox too! It seemingly plays a lot better on the xbox... I can't comment on the gamecube... I've never even played on one hah! Yeah I decided to leave the hair as it was so it didn't create the big hair look it's weird that not many (if any at all? I'm honestly not sure) customs were made for the games but a lot were made for the comics. I'm working on making some more for the games as well as those charmed customs I mentioned too

I'm not familiar with the character, but there is a good resemblance to the reference photo you added. I love the action pose. Very effective!
