add me to the list of folks with 'Pending' showing on their order. I'm especially nervous since the Willows order I placed with them 'shipped' day I ordered it, then neither UPS or DST could find the box - my reorder was minus the WWW since she sold out I have my PrePro WWW but was looking forward to the spellbook filling that hole (I'm a semi-completionist!) sigh Clarice

Just so you know, DST told me about the Spellbooks going up a week before they were put in the store. I created a thread asking who still needed to get a Spellbook and PM'ed the people that replied to tell them about it. DST didn't want scalpers finding out and buying up all of the extra Spellbooks (they put up about 150). Just wanted to say thank you for doing that JD,you are the best. Thats how I got mine.

Just to add to it, What was the deal with the spellbooks at DST? I mean, I ordered two the FIRST day they were up. Were they out already? They had no problem taking my eighty bucks before they were even sure they had the product they were selling. That really sucked. I pretty much got zero explanation about it, although after pestering them I did get a partial refund. I kind of want to know seeing as how this isn't a singular circumstance.

Just to add to it, What was the deal with the spellbooks at DST? I mean, I ordered two the FIRST day they were up. Were they out already? I pretty much got zero explanation about it, although after pestering them I did get a partial refund. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and DST charged my card $80.00 too and so far I have nothing. They have my money and I have no Spellbook. Is there a phone number to call? At least you got a partial refund, and only after pestering them, that's more than what i got. I shouldn't have to pester them to get the figures or my money back. What's going on with the DST store?

But to clarify I was charged already for the spellbook, just let they were and to date I have nothing. I printed on the invoice. I guess I have to e-mail them now, I just thought it was slow but now hearing about someone else only getting a partial refund is scary.

Hang on, I thought they weren't supposed to charge cards until they shipped stuff? Far as I know, my stuff hasn't shipped.
I'll be very annoyed if the spellbook I STILL haven't gotten is on my bill.

Mine is still listed as pending on the website and i even emailed them a few days ago and they still have not bothered to reply. I am really dissapointed in there customer service.

I finally got one email back from them saying they'd look into it and let me know what was going on, but it took almost a week to get that much. And I'm still waiting for news.
Which was why I was hoping someone had a phone number I could call.

Did you check your card? Was it charged? I used a debit card and the money was taken the same day and still no Spellbook. If I don't hear from them this week I'll contact my bank and dispute the charges. I don't know if they have charged it or not. I borrowed my mom's credit card to order the set. I need to find out though. This is the second time I have emailed DST about something the first time it took me emailing them 3 times over a two week period to get a reply. They really need to work on there customer service skills.

I'm gonna e-mail them right now, if it took them a week to get to you I guess I can expect the same. I really want the Spellbook, (don't want to pay $20 more) but right now I'd rather have my money back just to be safe. I think DST may need to hire a few more people because except for this they've been great. Maybe they're just getting too many orders.

I have no clue if my credit card has been charged or not, but I ordered mine at 10:52 am on June 2nd right when they put it up. Mine still says pending! They sent automated messages, but so far have not replied to my e-mail asking them to tell me whether I'm going to get it or not. I REALLY need to know because I might still be able to get one somewhere else. I must say I am VERY disappointed in how they are handling their customer service and store. It has been like 14 days now and the only thing I have got from them is an automated message saying they got my order. At least there are more of you out there in the same situation.

I also ordered the Spellbook from DST and have received no word on it. I ordered at 7:30 p.m. on June 2. My debit card hasn't been charged and it's still listed as pending. I don't mind waiting a little longer if they've had a product shipment delay or something, but I think it's extremely discourteous for them to not have said anything to all the people who have been waiting two weeks for their orders to ship. Any bit of information from them would make me feel better.

I ordered mine within the first hour they were on the DST site and it is still pending. I got this reply on Friday 06/11. “Sorry to hear that you have yet to receive the Spellbook that you ordered from us. I'm currently looking into this situation. I'll let you know what's going on as soon as I hear back from my contacts.” That was the last I heard from them. I want to ask JusticeDemon what he can find out. But I’m always going to him for help. If you people get any information post it here please.

I don't think any of the spellbook orders have shipped. Mine is still listed as pending, too. EDIT: NEvermind. I see that some from DST have shipped. Grrrr....

I ordered mine the day they first came out on DST, I got it like last Wednesday or something and didn’t get a confirmation that it had sent till the day I got it...............
But they also did not charge my credit card till like Friday, kind of strange, but oh well, my only problem is that the UPS man played kick ball with it I think and now I'm in an argument with UPS because of it!!

That actually gives me some hope, believe it or not. Even if the email could have come a lot sooner... That's strange, about the credit card. And I'm sorry to hear they played kickball with it, that's horrible. I hope they don't argue with you too much more about it; sounds pretty straightforward to me. They beat it up.

I think it is a lack of respect from DST to not e-mail the ones that ordered the spellbook from them (me included) and telling us what happen. If they can't send us one (hope they can, please!) they should tell us for us to order it now from another site while we can.
Now that I know that at least 2 people have received theirs I'm concerving my hopes but I really wan't mine now.

I ordered the same time you did; and I also received the same response from Chris Myers in customer service. I'll give them another week and send in another e-mail. Although my order was initially accepted, successful, and confirmed, the three Spellbooks that were part of my order were sent back to my shopping cart at some later point in processing, where they remain today. At least they could have notified me in a more timelier manner if they had problems with the order, so I could at least try to get another order in. I didn't get an e-mail about it until five days later, long after they sold out. If no sufficient explanation is forthcoming soon I will have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
