Yeah, reading that made me figure that out too. I'm glad you can back me up on the fact that it was edited. I'm not going crazy.

There is a slim chance we're both crazy, but I hope not . I'm just sure I would have remembered the mention of the BAF after we had been discussing it for a while.

I know what you're saying. I checked that announcement this morning! Nowhere did it mention the death eater BAF. I know I would have remembered that. At least we know what that figure is now Well, you do? Because I don't hehehe I think I didn't understand what's that figure, can someone please explain to me? Thanks ;D

I think it was just bad formating of the article when it was posted before. I posted the figure.com article a few pages back on the 12th and it said this:
Order of the Phoenix Series 2 (July ’07): Each figure in this series will include a separate piece to a build-a-figure. Severus Snape Harry Potter (new sculpt) Dumbledore Death Eater (three different versions!)
If you read it quick the way it's formated on the page, you miss that period and it read like "a build-a-figure Serverus Snape". The BAF being the 'Requirement Room Death Eater' was just added today.

I hope NECA doesn't pull a "Jack Sparrow" on us. From the looks of it, Harry is already going to be in every series planned. He's an important character, but so unappealing visually. And I hope they don't pull an "Elizabeth Swann" on us by only making a small number of Hermiones that I'll have to fight to get. Sorry for the POTC references, but they make sense

I found a close up of Hermione: Wow....that looks really nice. I'm pretty sure her hair was lighter in that movie, no?

Has anyone heard where these will be sold? I'm sure we'll see them at Hot Topic, Spencer's and Suncoast (the usuals for NECA), but what are the odds of these showing up at stores like TRU? They do sell McFarlane, so it wouldn't be hard to believe these might show up there.

It would be so cool if they did, Kenobi- since Tower went under, I'm kind of scrambling to find places that sell these types of figures. I'm kind of afraid they'll go the way of the POTC lines though, and stay specialty market.

They do sell McFarlane, so it wouldn't be hard to believe these might show up there. I'm pretty sure they will be sold the same places that sold other NECA lines like the POTC and Sin City. No sure where sells thoughs in the states, but I know up here that's only comic book stores, Spencer's, and a chain of music stores called Sunrise. I doubt they will show up in TRU or Wal-Mart or anything like that. I mean they only carry a select number of McFarlane lines as it is, and I think NECA is gearing these figures more towards mature fans/collectors
