2) Should there be two Hot Seats a week, or should it go back to normal? Sorry, just thought I should answer this one really quick... I thought it would be a good idea at first, but now it seems a tad competition-y, and members can get tired making more questions. If they did two, maybe do a week and half to give members more time or go back to one... just some thoughts. The two was my idea.. I'm not so sure it was a good one, but SE had faith in me!
Any celebrity that REALLY inspires you? Why? Probably Bono, or Audrey Hepburn. I've written about both of them in previous hot seat questions. Other than that, life-wise, I think Madonna has done a lot with her life and deserves a lot of credit. I think many celebrities who've put their mind to what they want to do, and don't waste their lives on eating disorders, booze, and sex can be inspiring people. Any celebrity that died, that thier death really touched you? John Ritter. I was really taken aback that someone so young and really healthy could die so young. I really enjoyed his work, and I know he could have gone on to do so much more. Also, Christopher and Dana Reeves, it's so sad that he worked so hard for stem cell research and our country cannot even begin to understand how it could possibly benefit people in his position. And then, right after his death, his wife found out she had lung cancer and had never smoked. I hope their together somewhere, and that their kids still have a happy life. How do you feel about Knomes? Very interesting. They deserve a category of their own. I'm waiting for one to come alive and try to chase me. Witchcraft..real or hokey? I think to some extent it could be real. People who chant to bless the earth, thank mother earth, thank nature, shouldn't be called too hokey, they're just praising different things. I think some of the levitating, time travel, etc.. is a bit hokey, but when it comes to trying to connect more with nature and the world around you, it's not hokey, it's just how some people believe. Gosh.. I tried once! Haven't we all? I wrote a boys name I liked on purple paper with a heart around it in elementary school and put glitter and flowers on it, then there was some dancing. Needless to say, the boy still doesn't like me, and I never did anything like it again. Ever played truth or dare? Almost too often! My friends and I also enjoy playing 10 fingers or PING! where you say things you haven't done and everyone who's done it has to put a finger down, and once you lose all 10 fingers you have to do a dare to get back into the game. What is the oldest toy you remember owning? A cute merry-go-round with lots of horses and it would light up and the horses would go up and down. That, and a stuffed duck. The duck, yes, the merry-go-round, no. Can you post a baby pic of yourself? I have one on another computer so I'll post it tomorrow! Ever met any forum members? Just MorbidAJ, who's married to my friend Lauren, and KennedyGirl, who's my friend who was going to post and just kind of lost interest. Want to meet any forum members? Oh yes! I'd like to meet Val, Maria, Nick, Chad, Tim, Shondra, Jess, Rich, David, Lior, Pedro, (who made me the coolest wallpaper btw!!) Amit (kakistos) Moth, Sammie, Scotty, Andrew, Aaron, Travis, Eva, Erin, ... and so many more!! If you could change one thing about this forum, what would it be? I wanted more of a communal chat, (and we got the Tag! yay!) and I wish more people would get into this section, including those who've already done it. It's great that Val and Maria still ask questions, because most don't. I wish there were more organizational threads, especially in the trade section and fanfiction section, but it's just little OCD things that I notice from there. This place is pretty great!! favorite 1 buffy item you own? Either the wine glass, martini glass, or the 12 inch Prom Buffy by willowswarlok. I know you like unusual buffy stuff, name your 5 weirdest items... Uh oh.... Probably the martini glass, the lighter, the votive glasses, the panties, (which were a joke with my friend!!) and the prop stake...
Thank for such awesome questions Val!!

Felicity-What do you think was in Megan's box? I wondered about this for a very long time. I really enjoyed the episode that was the 'Twilight Zone' spinoff. Part of things that it could have been just a bunch of Megan's weird sex stuff, but at the same time, it could have held items that were something they weren't - like to the eye they weren't please but either made up something else or something else was contained in them. That, or she had to shelves of the box, one with sex stuff and the other with keepsakes. I enjoyed how Megan was able to show her softer side in S3 and wasn't the same "Bad ass" as she always was. So I guess I'm going with the trick drawer theory, weird witch/sex stuff on top, keepsakes/photos/ other family things on the bottom.

Would You classify Buffy as an obsession or just a show you enjoy? Say you were asked to help create the 2nd season of Buffy. They asked you to create a character to add into the show. What would Be His/Her name? What would be their Importance/Role? Would they have special abilities? Say you were on a deserted Island with the cast members of Buffy(Any Season of your Choice) and you had to eat one of the people there. Who would you choose to eat, and Why? (I'm such a weirdo ) What do you think is the worst thing Buffy has ever done? Did you ever watch cartoons as a child? Which Ones? Do you watch any now? Have you ever done anything Illegal? Who is your favorite superhero?(Other than characters from Buffy/Angel )

What do you think makes a show one that you want to tune in for every week? I think a lot of it is the actors, the character development, and the plot. I really enjoy Lost, and the characters are there, but the plot is so spacy that I can't watch it every week. I need to go on dvd, watch it continuously and then try and figure it out. I don't put it up there with my favorite shows because it gets so confusing during the week, I tend to fall asleep, and then have nightmares about being on an island.
So I think it is that above combination, and the ability to keep people interested and keep the stories fresh. Plus, an attractive male like Michael Vartan or Julian McMahon always get a return visit from me. Do you think that your favorite shows have common elements that appeal to you? I really enjoy the relationships between characters and the stories. Some have amazing week-to-week stories, or ongoing events. I enjoy stand alones like "Greys" and cliffhanger shows like "Alias." I think the more involved the viewer can get, the more they'll enjoy the show. I'm all over the placed with themes: witchcraft, criminology, hospitals, etc...
Conversely, what makes a show something boring, or uninteresting to you. Were there shows you were excited to see premiere, only to lose interest one you watched them? As I stated above, parts of "Lost" just drive me nuts. I also haven't enjoyed "Desperate Housewives" this year. I also could never get into "One Tree Hill" or other new teen dramas. Sometimes I feel like I lived at the height of the teen WB drama, and still want to stay there. I try not to watch a show often if I don't enjoy it. There are shows I used to watch, like "7th Heaven" and "Friends" that I just could never finish. I always seem to tune into the finales though..... What fictional characters inspire you the most? Buffy inspires me alot. I think she's a great model for girls, and had gone through a lot. I enjoy how "Buffy" had the 'demons are metaphors' theme throughout. Buffy and her friends go through every drama crisises in the form of demons. (Somedays I think this would be easier.) Buffy also never gets off scott free, she has consequences to her actions which is very rare on television or in movies. Sex always shows a bad side, so does violence. Cheaters do not prosper, and neither do murders. "Buffy" also has a theme of redemption, making amends, and turning around your life, a theme also present on Angel. I think these themes are important for young people to interact with as young adults, to sort of have someone other than their parents telling them what bad things do exist out there.
I also really admire Clarice Starling (from Silence of the Lambs) because I feel I relate to her. The quiet, yet naive girl who wants to really delve into her work. When she meets Hannibal she is able to see someone on the other side and really analyze another person's point of view. I think discussing motives of serial killers or those with different psychological perceptions would be fascinating.
I also really enjoyed the portions of "Saw II" where they sat down with Jigsaw the killer and discussed how he became the man he was. I saw a familiarity with him and the Mayor, due to their fatherly relationships to young girls. Never did I see either of these relationships aas gross, but really more familial. Sorry.. they don't inspire me, but I was thinking about this connection the other night and found it very interesting.
I think that a lot of fictional characters have many different qualities that are inspiring, I'm just not sure Maria wants me to delve into all of them!! What parts of yourself do you hope to develop as you get older? What personal and maturity goals to you hope to reach (not in terms of external achievements, like career, but in terms of personal growth.)? I really hope to become more patient. I don't feel like I ever have enought patience. I would also like to get rid of my self-doubt. I tend to second guess myself or doubt something that I've done. I would also not like to overreact as much as I feel that I do. In some cases, I'll get overemotional and can make scene or make myself feel worse, and I'd like to grow out of it, and begin to see the bigger picture when it comes to certain situations.
Thank you again Maria- I really enjoy your questions!!

Mermaid Phoebe. She was adorable in that episode. My second choice would be a shirtless Cole of some kind. I've thought about doing a shirtless Cole, but I think it'd be hard to get his chest hair to look right. I've got a Cole in a white wife beater t-shirt in the works right now, using a The Ring Angel. I think it's a really good fit in terms of build. On the Phoebe thing, I have suspicion that Alyssa Milano's real personality is coming through, which is why the character has no real emotional depth. I think she's kind of just walking through the role. She hasn't shown any real emotion in years. I've been sad that they've wasted so many years on Charmed where they could have done some really cool stuff. The new writer is just so bad. Sorry, I wanted to respond to your great answers. That's interesting about your mom's take on theme parks. I'm sure it's hard dto make them safe with so many people doing dumb things. I really do agree about Alyssa. I like to think she's a nice person in real life, but I'm kinda glad the one time I did see her, I didn't talk to her. I don't want my image of people to be different, and then totally lose the love for something that I really like. I think she has been walking through it, I'm surprised she hasn't left by now.
I agree that part of the problems don't all come from the park, but some come from the park's visitors. It's just like when your parents say, I trust you drive at 3am, I just don' t trust other people on the road. On that note, what do you think would most surprise people about you, Hadley? That I have bad days where I'm not as happy all the time, that I've had some crazy relationships, that I read as much as I do for being so young, and that I really enjoy 50s music.

OMG I have so many questions for you but I'll start with an easy one - how can you not adore Tea Leoni???
And do you remember that wonderful bit where Scully was trying to teach Leoni how to run in high heels? The episode written by DD, by the way.
And was the black and white TXF episode you liked the one one with "Cher" in the end, and the peanut butter sandwich bit?
Which of the Lone Gunmen do you like the best (and mind you, I own Langly)? I have never watched the episode where they got killed, so I refuse to believe they are dead, by the way.
Have you ever seen a UFO?
Have you ever heard or seen a ghost?
What's the first flower that blooms in the spring where you live?
Global warming - real or hyped?
What's your favorite constellation?
If you were in a sticky situation, whom would you prefer as a potential rescuer (assuming you maybe couldn't rescue yourself - but just go with the question, as I'm sure you could rescue yourself) - Krycek, Mulder or Spike?

Lilly Pulitzer, because it's the type of clothes I own. My mom's store is a Lilly Pulitzer signature >> www.underpalmtree.com - It's very pink and bright and I really enjoy the fit and style of the clothes. I just did a Mapquest on that place and it's about 15 minutes away from where my wife's brother lives! We both grew up in Shawnee and went to SMNW high school! Small world. Question: What movie or movies would surprise us that you like? All the Shawnee Mission schools are excellent. I loved it when we played tennis against the others schools and got to meet new people. If you're ever in town - stop by the store!!
Movies that are surprising... probably zombie movies. I love zombie flicks and most people who don't know about my love for Buffy freak out when they see this girl in floral pink clothes who's all happy talking about zombies. I also enjoy movies about 50s stars like "Beyond the Sea" and "Delovely." I can't get "Mack the Knife" out of my head this week! I'm a huge fan of cute things like "The Lizzie Maguire Movie" and sappy things like "Titantic." I've watched some weird stuff too.. like David Duchovny's "The Rapture." I've been exposed to some weird movies while trying to see all the work different actors have done. I'm not sure if any of these are surprising.. but they could be a little out of the norm.... I also saw "Secretary" awhile back... I was going through a James Spader faze... Can't seem to get out of that!

1) What’s the worst pick up line used on you? Sadly... I don't get many pick up lines! The guys I dated I knew previously and the relationships just kind of randomly happened or I had liked the guy for a long time. I have heard some cheesy lines as excuses and such, which have been fun and some really stupid. But.. that can be for another question if you feel the need! 2) Should there be two Hot Seats a week, or should it go back to normal? I answered this one earlier so you could have it before the day was over, but my jury's still out. I'm loving this oppurtunity, and I think more people should have the chance, I just hope people come through with questions! 3) You are really pretty Do you have any Beauty secrets? Aww... you are really sweet!! I actually don't wear makeup. My eyes get really irritated when I wear makeup around them, so I only do it for Halloween and dress up parties. I have a ton of lipglosses, but no lipsticks. I always wash my face with a certain soap and always brush my hair in the mornings. I never wake up in time to try and do anything fancy with makeup and scarely paint my nails. I wish I had an all-knowing secret... but I did use that Maybelline "Buff" foundation after Sarah used it in the ads. I went out and bought all the products and tried to figure them out. I melted the lipstick.... I'm really not good with makeup.... 4) Which is the best MJ humanitarian song: Man in the Mirror, Heal The World, Earth Song or We are the World? We are the World! I love that song, and it was even a crossword clue in the puzzle I was doing last week. Second choice is Earth Song. 5) What colour ink do you usually write in? Pink... which led to an interesting commentary from my AP Government teacher who told me that pink and purple were not professional and that blue and black ink were, so I told him I'd write in whatever color he wanted and use my pens on my own time. I'm one of those people who loves different colors and draws in her planner and gets very OCD about marking out assignment's I've finished. I love pink, blues, purples, and dark greens. Yellows, oranges, and light green do not show up on paper well.. unless you're coloring for fun. 6) Do you do much housework? If so, do you enjoy it? Well... I clean, a ot. I really enjoy organizing, dusting, windexing, and straightening. I do it mostly in my room, but end up cleaning more at my work so I feel like I get my weekly housework quota finished there! 7) Do you think there’s a stranger more perverse reason as to why it’s called the Hot Seat? If there's something perverse reason.. I missed it. I'm usually the slow one when it comes to sexual jokes, though I usually find them funny after the fact. [b/]
8) Have you seen Kill Bill?
Kill Bill is amazing! Have I seen it?? TONS of times! I heart Quentin Tarantino. I've seen all but like, one of his movies, and even ran after one theatre workday with an Uma Thurman name tag on. Turns out one of my friends first impressions of me was that I looked like Uma with my long blonder hair. I love these movies and my brother even got me the poster with the Bride in the wedding dress to do with my poster of just the sword (from KB 2). I'm dying for a third!
9) Do you ever really laugh out loud when you say ‘lol’ on AIM?
If I don't laugh out loud, I giggle, a lot. I wish there were more than lol and rotfl... but I usually reinterate that I'm still laughing.
10) Describe your dream man and why it's important for them to have these qualities.
He would be honest, loyal, smart, funny, understandable, conscientious, goal-minded, cute, and fun to be around. These different qualities are important because they make him not only a good ideal boyfriend, but gives him room to be compatible with you and still be an individual. My dream guy wouldn't cheat, and be honest about his feelings about me and about life. He would need to have a plan for what he wants to do, but be able to follow his heart if some other job/career made him happier. He'd be attractive and personable, and able to hang out with you, your friends, and your family. He would not be jealous, or if he was, only in the poking-fun way. He would be so nice and wonderful, but not clingy so that you could always have your friends and him.

I should have started earlier. I'm going to have to rein myself in, here.
From the magical swap in the sky, if you could have one prop from BtVS, what would you choose?
Being from Kansas, do you ever get tired of all the Wizard of Oz references in popular culture (like in TXF Triangle!) or is it just kind of fun? Have you ever said out loud "I don't think we're in Kansas, anymore?"
Have you ever seen a tornado? (sorry if this has already been asked and answered - I'm rushing)
Diana Vreeland once said "pink is the navy blue of India." Would you like to go to India? If you wouldn't like to go to India, would you go anyway, given the chance?
Do you have any TXF action figures? Which ones, if so?
If there were to be a second TXF movie, how would you imagine the Scully/Mulder relationship to have evolved? And what about that problematic kid?
If you could choose anyone in the world to speak at your graduation, who would it be?
I am the proud owner of three Hadley pencils. I would ask how long they took to make, but I'm afraid to know. So instead, what are your favorite crafts? (and no, the pencils will never ever be used - they are museum pieces, for display only)
And speaking of museums, what is your favorite museum, either seen, or most want to visit?
If an extraterrestrial landed in your back yard and wanted you to explain the human race to it, what three things would you show it? Okay, five.
If you listen to NPR, do you have a favorite radio "voice"?
On average, how many books do you read in a month?
I have more, but I will stop. Except - if you ever have children, what are the most important things you'd want to teach them?

OMG I have so many questions for you but I'll start with an easy one - how can you not adore Tea Leoni??? Because she stole my man! (And that's really the only reasons) That and... Jurassic Park 3. And do you remember that wonderful bit where Scully was trying to teach Leoni how to run in high heels? The episode written by DD, by the way. Yes! I love that episode! The episode where they're all in the bathtubs and Gary Shandling asks Mulder some interesting questions.... "Hollywood AD" is the episode I think! And was the black and white TXF episode you liked the one one with "Cher" in the end, and the peanut butter sandwich bit? Yes! When they dance to "Walking in Memphis. I can't believe I couldn't remember the name, it's "The Post-Modern Prometheus." Which of the Lone Gunmen do you like the best (and mind you, I own Langly)? I have never watched the episode where they got killed, so I refuse to believe they are dead, by the way. I like them all.... but I like them at different times. I enjoy Byers went he crushes on Scully, Langly and his pop culture, and Frohike for all his 'secret agent' tendencies. That was a good idea not watching that one.... Have you ever seen a UFO? Not yet, but I have my fingers crossed. Have you ever heard or seen a ghost? Nope, not that I know of. I've heard creaks etc when I shouldn't, but I've had times where I've felt the prescence of someone who has died. What's the first flower that blooms in the spring where you live? We have some gorgeous daffodils in our yard and every time they bloom, I know it's spring. Global warming - real or hyped? A little of both. I think we are using a lot of our natural resources and we should try and find other ways to produce fuels, etc, but at the same time, I saw a 60 minutes episode that said even if we shut down everything and all the emission of fossil fuels, our glaciers, etc would still be melting. I think the Earth is warming up in general, and we're helping, but we're also a victim of the planet we've been placed on. That last sentence sounds very Mulder-like What's your favorite constellation? Cassiopeia or Orion. They're both gorgeous and easy for me to see. If pertaining to ones I haven't seen yet, Pegasus. If you were in a sticky situation, whom would you prefer as a potential rescuer (assuming you maybe couldn't rescue yourself - but just go with the question, as I'm sure you could rescue yourself) - Krycek, Mulder or Spike? Mulder. And then hopefully he'd fall head over heels in love with me, get away from Scully, and we can go look for UFO's together!!

I should have started earlier. I'm going to have to rein myself in, here. You can ask as many as you want! I won't turn any down, and if you want to ask 100, I'll have them done by tomorrow. From the magical swap in the sky, if you could have one prop from BtVS, what would you choose? Besides Buffy's Prom Dress..... then Giles' citroen or Angel's ring. Being from Kansas, do you ever get tired of all the Wizard of Oz references in popular culture (like in TXF Triangle!) or is it just kind of fun? Have you ever said out loud "I don't think we're in Kansas, anymore?" I actually don't. I think it's great that people who I wouldn't imagine know anything about Kansas suddenly making a Kansas joke really makes me happy. I think it's a great way to get our name out there. I enjoy that we can take a lot of the "Wicked" hype due to Dororthy being from Kansas, so I really don't mind the press. Anything to help get the Kansas name out (even if it's that we have farms) is ok by me. Have you ever seen a tornado? (sorry if this has already been asked and answered - I'm rushing) Only on tv. I haven't actually been in one yet, but they've been very close to me, and I've had to go to my basement before. Diana Vreeland once said "pink is the navy blue of India." Would you like to go to India? If you wouldn't like to go to India, would you go anyway, given the chance? I would love the chance to go to India. A friend of mine went there a month ago and loved it, so I would love the oppurtunity. Do you have any TXF action figures? Which ones, if so? Oh yes.... The suit Mulder and Scully and the Snow Suit Mulder and Scully. I also have a Scully Sideshow figure, and the item at the top of my X-Files wish list would be the Mulder and Scully Barbie set. If there were to be a second TXF movie, how would you imagine the Scully/Mulder relationship to have evolved? And what about that problematic kid? I think they'd be together, there kid would be older, but they'd still be following hunches about aliens in more of a freelance fashion. I bet it would be set around 2012 and the theory that aliens would invade the Earth. You don't know how much I want this movie to happen! If you could choose anyone in the world to speak at your graduation, who would it be? Bono, or John McCain. I think they're both strong people and great speakers. If I could have anyone, probably JFK. Female-wise, probably Benizar Bhutto or Sandra Day O'Connor. I am the proud owner of three Hadley pencils. I would ask how long they took to make, but I'm afraid to know. So instead, what are your favorite crafts? (and no, the pencils will never ever be used - they are museum pieces, for display only) I enjoy cross stitching, using puff paint to create things, making dioramas (something I used to do), making lanyards and string bracelets, face paint, and many others. I have way too much fun in a craft store! I will put on my list to make you new pencils.
One day my dad said he wouldn't buy me new pencils because we had over 100 old ones lying around, so I went to work on them one summer to put photos on them and cover them with clear and glitter nail polish! And speaking of museums, what is your favorite museum, either seen, or most want to visit? The British Museum, or the Antiquities Museum of Cairo. I think both sound amazing and I would love to spend ours in them. Currently my favorite museum is either the art museum here - the Nelson-Atkins Museum or the Natural History Museum in Chicago, IL. If an extraterrestrial landed in your back yard and wanted you to explain the human race to it, what three things would you show it? Okay, five. The Eiffel Tower, The Pyramids (because I love the theory that they had a hand in making it), the Great Wall of China, the Empire State Building and Macchu Picchu. If you listen to NPR, do you have a favorite radio "voice"? I listen to NPR, but don't listen enough to have a favorite radio voice. I'm sorry In the mornings I try to sing-a-long to the radio and get myself excited for teh day. On average, how many books do you read in a month? About 10-15. When I had my eye problem I didn't read at all, but now am back to being able to try and reach that number again. I try to do about 5-9 fun books and 5 serious/classic literature books. If you have any suggestions I would love to know them! Insanity, I will have the answers up later today around 1ish!

Because she stole my man! (And that's really the only reasons) That and... Jurassic Park 3.
Wow, okay see, now we have a problem because you've egged me on. All right - I'll accept that answer about Tea Leoni, except have you seen her in The Naked Truth? She's like Lucille Ball level comedienne, she is so good. I think they are the most wonderful couple. I never want to hear about them getting divorced.
Yes! When they dance to "Walking in Memphis. I can't believe I couldn't remember the name, it's "The Post-Modern Prometheus."
I suddenly really want to see that episode again. Did you know the monster was played by Mulder's half-brother? Oh, not exactly - you know what I mean. That moment when Mulder put his hand out to Scully to dance - argh. I was such a shipper. Still am. (and yet, I'd rather be rescued by Krycek!) But I think Chris Carter ruined it all the last two seasons. That eleven-month pregnancy.
You chose my two favorite constellations, but how have you not seen Pegasus? It's that humongous square.
Your answer to the et question was totally unexpected and quite wonderful. Connecting that to the museum question, what do you think about ancient Egypt and the pyramids and all? Did we have help or did we somehow do it ourselves?
Graduation speaker - I guess I should have specified live. But interesting choices. I went to graduate school with someone who was a friend of Benazir Bhutto at Harvard, so by the Kevin Bacon theory you know her now by third connection. Bono sounds pretty good.
Mulder and Scully Barbie set??? Why don't I know about this? The Sideshow Cancerman - how can they make him so perfect and Krycek so not (okay, this isn't a real question - I"m just mumbling)
Macchu Picchu - what's the interest (one of my favorite places, too)?
If you could pilot a UFO and go anywhere, where would you go - 1)on earth, 2)in the solar system, 3) out into our galaxy or beyond?
What dioramas have you made???
Did your father start buying you pencils again? He should have.
Do you cook? If so, what are your specialties?
What's one period of time you would really not like to time-travel back to?
What's a period of time you would like to time-travel back to?
I have more questions. I don't want to press this too far, but I'll be back.

Who are ten of your favorite authors? George Orwell, H.G. Wells, Oscar Wilde, Ayn Rand, Carolyn Keene (my childhood in there), John Grisham, Mary Higgins Clark, J. D. Salinger, and Aldous Huxley.
There's of course a ton more too... I went for more classic and my true favorites, but I have a favorite Buffy author, etc.. and I love Michelle Rowen's new book - I can't wait for more of hers!!
I've accepted your Tea Leoni challenge and will be renting that movie and reevaluating what I think of her.

You'd better, missy - and The Naked Truth is a sitcom, which better be on dvd as it is a classic. It has Holland Taylor and nutty Chris what'shisname as well as Leoni. Carolyn Keene! Which Nancy Drew mystery was your favorite? You're sort of on the grim side with your favorite authors, not that that's a bad thing. But who do you like to make you laugh? Would you like to be reincarnated, or not? And explain. If you had to be a fictional character from any medium (books, movies, television) - who would you choose to be?

Would You classify Buffy as an obsession or just a show you enjoy? An obsession!! Or, "heavily preoccupied" as I used to call it. I've accepted that "Buffy" is just a part of my life, like another sister. I think that out of all the vices one can have, a tv show is a good one. You can spend $25 on beer, or you can spend $25 on an action figure, cards, and book, and with the latter, you have something to show for it. My parents have always encouraged me to like whatever I wanted to like, so I felt like I had the freedom to be obsessed. Say you were asked to help create the 2nd season of Buffy. They asked you to create a character to add into the show. What would Be His/Her name? What would be their Importance/Role? Would they have special abilities? Probably a new love interest for Giles after Jenny. Possibly Aurora Rothschild, or something close. She'd be young, blonde, intelligent, and a lot like Jenny, though I'd probably have her be a werewolf, so then she would have helped Oz transition more, and be a wicked cool member of the team! Say you were on a deserted Island with the cast members of Buffy(Any Season of your Choice) and you had to eat one of the people there. Who would you choose to eat, and Why? (I'm such a weirdo ) Probably Anya. Nothing against Anya, but then I'd have Xander all to myself. He might think I'm a sick weird creepy person, unless he's still in his hyena possession, and if in that mood, he'd probably help. I'm feeling very sick too writing this Andrew! What do you think is the worst thing Buffy has ever done? I went through a lot of things before deciding on this answer. I think it is not letting herself be happy in a relationship. I also feel that if she had wanted, she could have made Angel stay. She just let him leave (which I know the producers wanted him to) but she gave no resistance, like she deserved the punishment of him leaving. Buffy constantly feels that she needs men to treat her badly and leave her for her to feel semi-equal in a relationship. She can never be happy with Riley because he's not "dangerous" and doesn't want to kill or be mean to her. She cannot genuinely be in love with someone. Even when she goes to Spike she rejects his feelings for her in exchange for violence and rough sex. I'm not a fan of how Buffy feels she needs to be constantly hurt to be happy. She does however, finally draw the line when Spike attempts to rape her. I think to some extent everything is ok, until it's not ok with her. She's constantly calling the shots even though she is the submissive one. It's an interesting paradox, but I've been the person who thinks she needs someone to be mean to her to be happy, not to an abusive state, but to an extent where getting my heartbroken and guys treating me badly was how I thought my relationships would always be. Did you ever watch cartoons as a child? Which Ones? Do you watch any now? Jem and the Holograms!! I loved it as a child and STILL love it! I still sing all the songs and have them on my Ipod. I didn't know the dvds were so rare now - I have S1&S2. S3 is going for $80 used around here! I also watched Nickelodean at it's height as a child, but I still have nightmares about Ren and Stimpy. I had a few about Captain Planet too. Have you ever done anything Illegal? I've drank with my parents, but other than that, I don't smoke, or do drugs or binge drink. I speed occasionally but I don't break traffic laws. I try to be a pretty good girl. Who is your favorite superhero?(Other than characters from Buffy/Angel ) Batman, Superman, Kitty Pryde, Jean Gray, Rogue, Dardevil & Elektra (I absolutely LOVE those movies!) and Spiderman. I also love the "Sin City" films and own all the Batman films except the new one. I really love Poison Ivy. She's a villain, but a great one in my book!

You'd better, missy - and The Naked Truth is a sitcom, which better be on dvd as it is a classic. It has Holland Taylor and nutty Chris what'shisname as well as Leoni. I checked Netflix and they don't have it. Do you have copies, if so could I borrow them?? Do you have any other Tea move/tv suggestions? Carolyn Keene! Which Nancy Drew mystery was your favorite? Mystery of the Tolling Bell. I have a very old copy and the cover and drawings inside are just so spooky. I love the scenes in the cave. Nancy Drew mysteries can be so eerie! I love ND though!! You're sort of on the grim side with your favorite authors, not that that's a bad thing. But who do you like to make you laugh? I try not to be grim! I just love dystopian novels. I always steer clear from the "A Million Little Pieces" type books, because I don't want to be depressed. I'm trying to think of funny books l've liked. I used to enjoy the Princess Diaries until Meg Cabot's characters turned all sexual. Amy Sedaris cracks me up, as well as a few other playwrights, like Tom Stoppard. Would you like to be reincarnated, or not? And explain. I think I would, as long as it would be interesting. I'm not sure if I've ever existed before, but it's a nice theory. I'd imagine I was in Shakespeare's England, or Hammerabi's Babylon... just interesting places and times that I would love to be a part of. If you had to be a fictional character from any medium (books, movies, television) - who would you choose to be? Clarice Starling, Sydney Bristow, or Amanda Shelton. I like them all for different reasons, (the first two definetly for all their girl power) and the third, from "Simply Irresistible" is just adorable and a beacon of hope. All three would be wonderful, Sydney as a secret agent, and Clarice as the FBI agent type-girl I'd like to someday be.
