SDCC Welcome to the Hellmouth Vampire Darla is now free if you order $100 gift certificate from Time & Space Toys Buffy Collectors Club. I ordered 1 and now I"ll have 2, one in and one out of the package. I think that with the gift certificate I"ll buy duplicates of the Wes and Lorne figures, to have 1 in and 1 out of the package.

How about a Free Vamp Darla with every LATE preorder shipped after this week? Especially for those TS&T charged for the items at the beginning of this month? Now THAT would be cool and would ensure I pre-ordered the Buffy/Dawn wave from them and not another site.

I like that idea, but I already ordered the Darla! Figure I'll spend $100 there soon enough.
But did anyone else get charged as soon as they placed their order? I bought most of the Wesleys/Lornes, all six Deluxe and all the Angel/Freds and the Angel PALz figure during a free shipping sale and was charged that week. The only in-stock portion of the purchase was the Angel PALz.
That normal?

Yes, that is normal if you read the free shipping terms they say that you will be charged for all items even pre orders at the time of purchase and that any pre orders will be mailed to you as they arrive. I pre ordered some deluxes and wes/lornes a while back with a free shipping offer and was charged all of it at one time too.
I ordered my free darla and also threw in the 3 free figure offer that they had.

How about a Free Vamp Darla with every LATE preorder shipped after this week? The late shipping of these orders isn't TST's fault. The figures were sent to them while the head of TST was in San Diego for SDCC, and you can imagine it was a pretty huge mess to unload and deal with for all the other workers there. Plus, if you throw in the possibility of figure shortages, as well as the fact that other exclusive holders are late sending their figures due to them also attending SDCC, then you can imagine the craziness TST's going through trying to get everyone's orders shipped in an organized and timely fashion. Let's give them a break. It's not like they're sitting around saying "Hmm...I don't feel like sending these packages out today. I think I'll just wait a day or two for the heck of it." They're trying really hard to get your full order to you as soon as possible. -CMK

I agree with CMK. TST has been nothing but good to me, and based on teh amount of money I save with them. I am more than willing to wait an extra 3-4 weeks for my figures. Patience is a virtue after all.

I also agree. I of course am eager to get my figures but Time and space has been good to me so far and my figures have been shipped so I am happy.

do gift certificates count as in-stock items? hmmmm....I was wondering if I could do that. Let us know if they sent you anything saying you couldn't. Wouldn't that be totally cheating. You could get the free figures when you buy the certificate, and then when you use it you could get them again. ;-) And I also agree that T&ST has been absoulutly wonderful to me, and I don't mind waiting.

Yes, gift certificates do count as in stock items so you can get the 3 free figures. I did somthing like this before. What i am curious to though is I ordered the Vamp Darla and once I get the certificate I wonder if I can use it to get the oz palz because i really want both but cant afford $200 I am going to try it but dont know if it will work.

So we can add the free figures to the gift certificate order? (I know this may come off as redundant, but I just would like a clarification) Thank you!

I had to pass on this one this time. I got it through AFX instead for $38.94 including shipping and a regular WTTH Darla. I'm guessing DST will have them on their website very soon, if not, I can relax and stop constantly checking ebay because I know I have one on the way. I will get another one if I find them for $15. I would like to take my extra WTTH Darla and put a "Reunion" Darla head on it creating my ideal Darla figure, vampire faced in the blue dress just like in the opening credits and in all the publicity shots. I'm afraid I will break it. Does anyone know if Darla's heads are attached the same way as Lorne's? How can I switch the heads without damaging them? Please help! Thanks in advance!

Well I got mine through the BCC because technically you are getting 4 figures for what was $5.95 for shipping. You get Vampire Darla with the gift certificate and then you can also ad in there free figures which are angel palz, season 4 Wes and Beneath you spike. Of course you have to buy the $100 gift certificate but I know I will be able to spend that easily. The only thing i am upset about with them is that I want the oz too. It would have been nice if they would have let you buy darla and then get the oz for like $10 to $15 also if you wanted but unfortunately not.

I think it is, of course, a better deal, unfortunately, I didn't have $100 at the time, but I did have $40. If they don't sell out and still have it available in 8 days, I may go ahead and get another one free with the gift certificate. $100 could cover the library playset, Buffy v. Dracula bust, plush stake, and maybe an Illyria figure!

The only reason I'm skeptical about getting this now, is because they might do the same thing with "The House always wins" Lorne - and then we'd just be buying gift certificates for figures... It's a really good idea, I just wish I had $200.

To repy to the 3 posts above mine.
I recently got a newsletter from time and space and they stated that Housa Always wins Lorne would be available to BCC memebers for $15 which is how much it will be at the show.
Also in that newsletter they have free shipping offer going on now through I beieve the 30th.
As for the problem with the gift certifiacte you should have gotten it roughly 24 hrs after your purchase. So you should probably contact them. Also you have to use the certificate in which ever shop you got it in. If you bought the vamp Darla then it had to be the BCC so that is where you have to use it at.

Sometimes I kind of wish T&ST would just sell the exclusive figures straight out, instead of doing all this gift certificate stuff. I don't shop with them enough to make that worth my while.
