Adam, she is brilliant! Now I'm definitely gonna beheading WW Willow and swapping the heads! ;D Thanks for the pictures! Remember that is the pre-production one. I think the Spellbook version would be too small and the head would look huge.

Is the inside of the head smaller than the Buffies? I've been able to pop EOD Buffy heads on Willow bodies and still keep the articulation.

No...it should be the same. I've never really done that. I did force it on the peg when the head was still hot but it didn't go down far enough. The Pre-production WW Willow has a different neck/peg design then the regular Willows, it has another "layer" to it. I don't know how to explain it.
I suppose Lior, if you don't care about neck articulation you could just heat the neck peg up and cut it off then glue the head on.

Ah, okay. I don't own a PrePro Willow, so I guess I don't really know what you're talking about, but I get the idea.

If you get a chance to take a picture of the headless PP WW Willow with the dremmeled peg, I'd appreciate it...'cause it would give me a clue how much I should alter that peg.

Wow I am so glad everything looks so good! Maybe the factory got their act together!! I love the paint apps on every figure. I really really hope we get the remaining Willows!! They are pivotal for new customs and such!!

Thank you for the amazing pictures, Buffyfannumerouno! You're pictures are inspiring! They're getting me excited about Buffy figures again. It's been so long since we had a new line and WAAAAAY too long since we had such a great-looking new line with such wonderful likenesses. I'm really excited now to get my new figures. Here is the Pre-pro WW Willow with the Deluxe Chosen Buffy head. It really fits the scale of the figure well and she fits in with the other Chosen figures well...in my opinion. I know the skin tone from the head to the neck is off a little, but in person it's really not so bad that I would do any re-paints. She look great in my display....hardly noticeable. Jinxie, thank you for the pictures. This is exactly what I was planning to do. I think the head looks pretty proportionate. The head is a much better likeness than the one on the original WWWillow, IMHO. I'm so excited!

I will try to post pics with all of the Willow figures including the MAC and early DST ones when I can. I really wish that they would've made other "Chosen" figures. I really want a Dawn and Anya first and then figures of Andrew, Rona, Vi and Wood.

Yeah, I wouldn't think twice about the head skin tone difference, because you can always chalk it up rationally to the neck being darker cause of shadow or something. Plus, all the other figures are very light skinned, and in the original scene it was bright. Buffy is the only one that sticks out to me, because she had such a tan. I have a PreProd Willow laying around, so I will def. be doing this too.

I really want a Dawn and Anya first and then figures of Andrew, Rona, Vi and Wood. If we were ever going to get one more figure I'd actually love it to be a Chosen Dawn. At least that way we would have one complete scene from the final. It looks so akward since we have all the others. To bad they never did a top that was close to Dawn's, then we could kitbash one, but we would need DST to do a new torso sculpt on this one.

I'm not sure how the mold is made, but a kit bash could work. If they got a Chosen Faith torso, legs, and jacket and found a way to keep the jacket shut, they could use Chosen Faith arms from the bicep up and Sanctuary Faith arms from the bicep down. Give it a Dawn head and TADA!

i got kendra yesterday. i never cared for the character and wasn't even excited about getting the figure but man oh man, ... she is one cool addition to my collection. and the joints seem to be fixed from the series one problems. i really hope the deluxe line is not a victim of the Buffy murder spree that DST has been on lately. they did an outstanding job --- almost makes up for screwing up faith a second time!

I just got Kendra and let me say that she is now my favorite of ALL my Buffy figures! I always had an interest in her character, her being a Slayer and all, but this figure is truly a masterpiece. Visit my blog ( www.mac-ohhellyes.blogspot.com) for a review and for many many pictures Here's one pic form the "photoshoot": It's Kendra telling Buffy about Mr. Pointy

Thanks so much FM and Henz! Be sure to check my other pics too, they came out so well - I was shocked! I never take good pictures, especially of figures, so to be able to capture the awesomeness of Kendra in the photos was great.
And believe it or not, the reason I think they came out so well is that I used my camera's Face Detection thing, and it picked up the faces of the figures which I thought was sweet.
