I have a headless pre-pro WW Willow standing in my Chosen Display just waiting for my order from the BCC. I don't want to do it with the one I have, I want to wait and see what the one from the BCC looks like before I tear one appart. I also think the one from the Spellbook would be too small for the head of the Deluxe. The Pre-pro should be just right though...I'm glad she slightly bigger. Also, has anyone who got theres at the store noticed that the paint jobs on these were really good. Out of the case my Comic Store got ALL of them had great paint jobs! Go DST, You get 10 points (but you've lost a lot more then that this month...so you have a ways to go). Awesome...can't wait to see pictures!

Is there anything different between "Chosen" Willow and White Witch Willow? Any difference in sculpt, paint, accesories, etc. besides the different hair color? If not, I think I'd rather save some money and just change the hair color of a regular Chosen Willow. I'm really not too interested in buying a full set of 4.

The wind-blow-y hairdo used for the TL Willow could work well for a Deluxe WWW custom. I'm pretty sure we discussed this when we first saw images of the Deluxe Willows.

I got all 4 today and I love them all. I wish that they would make the Willow Variants. I will post pics of them later as well as pics of them together, with other "Chosen" figures and the insert that stated AVAILABLE NOW: THE JUDGE WAVE (LOL, more like AVAILABLE NEVER: THE JUDGE WAVE) they also still had the Urn of Osiris pictured in their, even though it was cancelled.

I bought Kendra, Kennedy, and Chosen Willow as part of the Save Buffy effort. I'm not too hopeful that we'll get them. But I was planning on getting those three anyway, so I figured I might as well buy them at the BCC to help everyone make a statement that we still want these figures.

Oh wow she actually came out like her prototype!!! She looks fantastic!!! Thank you for the awesome photo spread BuffyFanNumeroUno!!!! You've taken just about every pose anyone could ask for and they look spectacular!!!! I am sooooooooo relieved she came out looking like Willow and didn't wind up like Chosen Faith did! I for one am pleased to say that DST managed to do Willow justice and as such did go out on a high note. So just as they resurrected the Moore line and brought us the fantastic Willows, they managed to get their act together (or rather the factory's act - wherever!) and got us a great line of gals.
It's no secret I've been begging for a Deluxe Chosen Willow since the Deluxes first arrived, and it's cool too that my custom Willow Deluxe supposedly inspired DST to make Chosen Willow for the 3rd Series. So for me personally, this is very exciting and mercifully free of disappointments - no bad paint jobs, no excellent sculpt destroyed by factory errors, and tho her head looks a bit on the big side, BuffyFan's pics show she fits in just fine with the other figures so there's not even any of the horrendous scale problems that plagued all the female figures since Dawn! Great Job DST - it shows they can not only get things right, but deliver an excellent product (or 4 excellent products I should say!).
I love them and will be getting all four (at least I hope there's no prob;lem tracking down a WHite Witch Deluxe). If these are our last figures, then they went out with a bang!!! If we do get more figures, I hope they're as great as these, and certainly will be a nice surprise. I really hope DST will continue the Deluxe line and even the regular line with a surprise new figure here and there,
Great Job DST - my favorite character and a long request figure - I couldn't be more pleased with the way they turned out!!! Hip Hip Hooray!!!! :-) :-) :-)

Newton, I'm sure you won't have a problem finding the white witch. With the buy a figure day, I'm sure I'm not the only one who ended up with more than one. I was just going to put her in my custom fodder...maybe use her hair to make that Gift Buffy that TST/BCC had as an option. But if you can't find one let me know.

At least I don't ever remember seeing him with black hair, but I know DST said that he would be released with black hair...like their word means anything.

Ohhh....I can't wait to get these!
While the regular lines have had many problems, the deluxe lines have always turned out very well I thought. I hope that DST reconsiders and at least continues with the deluxe line.

Here is the Pre-pro WW Willow with the Deluxe Chosen Buffy head. It really fits the scale of the figure well and she fits in with the other Chosen figures well...in my opinion. I know the skin tone from the head to the neck is off a little, but in person it's really not so bad that I would do any re-paints. She look great in my display....hardly noticeable.

Thanks Jinxie!!! I will give you a holler if I don't find one! Frightfully decent of you old chap! :-)
And I just got my Chosen Willow, Kennedy and Kendra figures!!! I'm so psyched to finally really truly have Chosen Willow Deluxe in my hands!!! I haven't even opened Kennedy or Kendra yet! (I also got the other Accessory Pack, the Weapons Box one - haven't opened it yet either but sounds like something's inside the box!).
For once I'm not compelled to take pics since BuffyFanNumeroUno did such a fantastic job, but if anyone has any requests I'll be happy to try to fulfill them! :-) I'm glad Willow fits in scale-wise. ANd her hair is much less "orangey" that I was expecting, so that's nice as well. The first thing I did was compare her to my custom Willow Deluxe (of course) and wow...I can't believe I ever thought mine looked good! LOL!!!! It is weird tho because it's like I've had her all along in a way, but she's just much cleaner and better now. I do still like my package art better! LOL! :-) I'm so glad we got her - it would have totally depressed me if they'd have cancelled the line before we got any of her. So as I said, these seem like really well done figures - so I'm back in love with DST. :-) I do hope they find a way to keep making figures so we get a new one at least every now and then. Ok, I've got to get back to my toys! :-)

Great pics. Makes me REALLY wish we had a chosen Dawn though. And Anya. And Wood. And, of course, Andrew. And an army of Ubervamps.
