I got mine via ebay also, and I got it yesterday. I paid £9.99 for the figure and £6.75 for shipping to Canada. The magazine got and the box containing the figure got bent a little, but overall Im happy with what I got. I'll most likely get the other releases via ebay as well

I'm a tad annoyed at this: I ordered via the web on the 12 March, to date no arrivals even though more than 28 days later. I called today this morning. Eaglemoss told me "Sometimes the orders off the website do not go through". I pointed out, I was holding an email receipt I had printed. And was told, yep, but the order still does not get placed on the system. So, Lior and I have had to wait. Then I have had to call a premium rate number and then had to order again to wait some more for delivery. Fab customer service that is. If you ordered off the site, call 0871 277 8701 to check.

That sucks! So all this time we were waiting for nothing? Will definitely forward this to Alan...after all more cases like this and the line would be dead before even starting simply because people won't bother to purchase (ebay too expensive and their own system won't work).

This is horrible to hear. The reason I did not want to order from ebay is because secondary market sales do not necessarily show the manufacturer the interest in their products like the direct retail stores do, like a Forbidden Planet or the manufacturer's own web store. I held off from ordering from ebay as I placed an order with Forbidden Planet which they have not filled and I noted they lowered the prices. Like Lior said, this bad customer service from Eaglemoss and Forbidden Planet is going to kill the line before it's even gotten a chance.

I just phoned them Vicks & it would appear that their web site is crap because mine didn't go through either. :-( I think you might be right. This could be a very short lived line if they can't even get their own web order site working correctly. Ahh, the wonders of the computer age.

esc: FPI have a 28 day in-stock shipping policy, in that you have to wait up to 28 days for in-stock items to be sent. They also should charge you the lower price but do please check. scullow: Crap isn't it? Did you by way of chance get an apology? Now let's see, the next special, order on-line and not get one or pay 10p per minute and be kept on hold for at least 10 minutes to order one?

If a system doesn't work then you take it offline until it does. I wonder how many other people are sitting at home wondering why they haven't got thier figure & just blaming it on the postal service when its Eaglemoss' crappy online ordering system that is not working. 10p a minute!!! I'm glad I phoned from work. :-)

Just like you said! My package came right on day 29 and they charged me the lower price. However, I think I will be scared once I see the charge for shipping on my credit card bill

Update. I finally got my little Buffy, 2 months after I ordered, & I must say I am quite impressed. For a hand painted figure the standard is pretty damn good. It even looks like her. :-)

Does anyone have any idea if they will be selling these in Canada?
Id get it, but Id rather not have to do the whole currency exchange stuff and Im sure shipping would be a killer.

Just received Angel the other day. Again I have been lucky (it can't last) with the paint application. Not bad at all.

That's great, congrats. Feel free to share pictures with us. After getting my Buffy figurine, I decided to give up on these as paying £11 for local shipping in UK and then even more to have those shipped here (not to mention all the trouble I could be putting Vicks through) just don't worth the crappy quality of these figurines. I have a similar line of FF7 figures and the difference is unbelievable: While its even cheaper to import these from HK. I might get the rest of the line from US if it turns out to be cheaper than UK ones but even then probably gonna reconsider as there are far better products to spend my money on.

I get some figures from Japan too, Evangelion. I love these figures & it's so much cheaper buying them direct rather than buy them in the UK.

That is an awful paint job! The black on the feet and the blue is way off the sleeve line on the arm. Is that hair color on her shoulder?
The face doesn't look too bad, but the other flaws are unaceptable. I would repaint her myself in a heartbeat!
