Has anyone here made - or has considered making - a custom figure of themselves?

I could make myself out of a Lara Croft figure pretty easily. I have a really long braid like she does. I'd have to sand down the boobs some, though. Heehee. Not that I've ever especially wanted an action figure of myself.

I actually did but I'm going to redo it. I used an Oz torso and head, resculpted the hair, and used Angel II legs. I'm changing the overall look now, though.

I've already made one. You can see it here. Just a few modifications and that could be me. (Like the cheekbones...) Seriously though, yeah I've considered making one before. Several years ago, I had thought of using a Lucas W___ (insert last name there) figure from the Playmates SeaQuest dsv line. His hair and face were similar to mine, and he had a denim jacket. I used to wear a denim jacket a lot back then. I would have to have made jeans and sneakers for him though. I just might make that custom some day... though he'd be a bit too short for scale with Buffy figures. Hey, my action figure would need a plastic girlfriend right? Hehe...

I made one a few years ago, and while not *perfect likeness* it suits me well.
I used a Billy Brennan from the Jurassic Park 3 line for the head and pants, and did resculpting of the hair and pants some, and the torso was a Bespin Han Solo from Star Wars. I painted the jacket like one I have and I think it came out spiffy. Maybe when I get around to updating my site I will post a picture of it....

There's also the customize a Customizer Christmas exchange...I did that one year, I made a figure of this woman...but then the guy making me never came through, so i never got my me figure Ok well here's the link but it doesn't seem to work for me, but you can give it a try. www.best.com/~baldwyn/custom_contest.htmlI'll contact the people who would know where it's gone

I made one, but I sent it to my friend on her birthday as a joke. I used a Buffy 2 head and painted their hair with auburn then I put the head on a Cordelia and repainted the clothes. It actually looked like me at some angles.

I made one for my girlfriend of her from a movie Rogue. Then I was going to do one of myself from a movie Cyclops which looks pretty close to me, but in the mean time I shaved my hair short and grew a goatee. So now it's a lot more work and I haven't done it. I guess now I look more like Ultimate Cyclops which is embarassing to admit...it's like I've tried to make myself appealing to today's youth market.
