Hi All,
Not sure if anyone is even coming on to this site anymore but here goes nothing...
I'm starting from scratch and looking to do a super easy "custom" job for the Charmed series 1 figures. As some of you know the Charmed sisters didn't come with any articulation in their legs (weird and annoying) So I was hoping to swap out the lower half (waist down) of each sister with legs from more mobile ladies. I'm looking for:
Piper from Charmed series 1 (complete base and accessories would be great. Doesn't have to be in box can be loose. She is impossible to find online!)
Paige head from Charmed series 2
'Chosen' Faith from Buffy legs or the original Angel version of Faith legs for Phoebe
Season 2 Darla legs for Piper (black pants)
Original Cordy body from Angel for Paige

I'd like to believe I put out my fair share of CHARMED customs back in the day. So I've worked with the original line enough to know and give a few pointers.
You can head swap any of the sisters from set 1 with the bodies. You can't go from set one to set 2 because of different size and joint. If you don't want the head to move you can resculpt it and make it work. I didn't have that skill to this day.
Charmed + Buffy parts? I did Cole but not with a charmed base. I used a Fantastic 4 head with a Wesley body. I made Leo with a Smallville Clark body. As for the sisters I pretty much stuck with the original parts. My incomplete project was Piper s1 upper body attached with kill bill Elle legs. Those legs don't move. I did have a chosen faith body no arms and used an Erwin head from Lord of the rings, but never found replacement arms or jacket arms.
You can see all my charmed creations on this site with my user name or charmed for the word search. Hopefully the pictures are still up.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not a customizer but I have swapped body parts before. I basically just want the Charmed sisters so have legs that bend and to help them stand up easier on their own. In your experience can I swap the legs from Chosen Faith to series 1 Phoebe? They both have waist articulation so I figured it would be a quick and easy trade off.

As a simple swap, no. You will loose swivel waist due to joint not being the same as well as the waist size being slightly off.
As a custom sculpt, yes you can. The trade off is height extension with no swivel joint and you would have to sculpt phoebe with a new top to cover said hips as faith has a bigger waist than Phoebe.
If you plan on doing what you want you will need to learn some basic customization with sculpting. It isn't as easy as swapping heads or certain body parts. You have so many factors that limit what you can swap. Unlike marvel legends where you could do it very easily.
Tools of the trade. Dremel tool set, quality paint brush and paints, I use magic sculpt which is 1 part resin and 1 part epoxy to which will attach and dry as is. A sharp knife. Toothpicks.
Start off with buying lots of mixed figures off Ebay or yard sales. Sometimes that's the best way to get parts. I always like to do planning of my figures by drawing out what I will need. Sometimes it will work and sometimes not so much.

I swapped legs on my Charmed figures using Buffy figures parts and it was fairly simple. Used boil and pop method on all 3. Used Transformation Willow legs for Piper, Bunny Anya legs for Phoebe and Darla legs for Paige:

Awesome. The hips weren't overly too big were they? I maybe thinking of the series 2 figures having that weird joint and built in mid section.

The first Charmed wave was a good fit. Willow and Darla hips are few MM smaller but its not really noticeable, Anya was a perfect fit. Sorry about the quality of images, those were taken back when I did the swap.

Those swaps look great, Lior! You've got a good eye! I'm sorry, Slayer4... your thread got hijacked by comments on Lior's swaps. You might have more luck finding people to sell or swap you parts by posting in "The Magic Box: Buy/Sell/Trade" thread here.
