I love this trio you've made! The Potentials never got enough love, I thought they were really fun. The Vi is especially great! I love me some Felicia Day, and your head choice was inspired and the paint job really makes it sing. Fantastic likeness there, the best I've ever seen for her. You did a nice job capturing Amanda's unique face shape too, that couldn't be easy.
I'm curious about why you went the mini-bust route vs. doing full figures. Was it just less work, or was it about filling out the mini-bust characters you've made?

Thanks, Dan!
I'm away from home all week these days, so I only get to customise at weekends. For commissions, it's just too exhausting to make full size figures based on someone else's choices. They're so difficult and time-consuming. Things like finding all the body parts of the right size and position, the accessories, stands, etc. It would take me 4 weekends to make one figure. And it's just not fun for me. So I only agree to make mini-busts on commission. They're manageable for me and then everyone's happy.
When it's my own choice to make something, I find I don't resent putting the time in and I enjoy it. I don't make as many sales, but my hobby is much more fulfilling. I sometimes get inspired by a particular body position in a figure, like the "Reptile Boy" Buffy and Cordy set recently. And then I probably do my best work.
