I've wanted to make myself a Buffybot bust for ages and finally finished this piece. The head and torso were cast from the PF statue. I sculpted Buffy's hair and top. The robotic section was pieced together from a broken 12" Terminator figure with added parts to bulk it out. The inside was hollowed out with my dremmel and then a red light added to shine through the section in the torso that had been torn by the 'Hellions' Leader. ( See Bargaining pt 1) Hope you all like it - comments very welcome!

It's such a sad moment, it brings tears to my eyes each time I see it. It's a gloomy and sad piece but it's brilliant, you've so well captured that sad moment, her lips are gorgeous, her top is very detailed I love how it looks natural... and of course the red light adds a fantastic touch to this bust !

Oh my. I've never seen a robot look so sad. She's so wonderful. Excellent detail!

Her sad expression is haunting. I nearly cried when they pulled her to pieces on the show. Your work inspires the same feelings. Great detail, sculpting and painting.
