its a great start. i would add some volume to the hair. the skirt is off, i would just use a flat piece of sculpey and add it sense its basicly simple. the length is above the joint near the thigh.

The sculpt is coming along really nice! I'm interested to see how you finish the skirt.

I do have some recommendations for you.
Try to use a toothpick to clean up the black necklace line. This will help keep it straight and thin. Her top is slightly uneven from one side to the other. You can sand it to level, add to the other side or you can keep it the way it is. The Abs really need another coat of paint, along with the legs. Working with the DLX figures you need at least the bare minimum of 3 coats. That's just for the base. There's another detailed coating if you add blush, or darker tone if you want those detailed abs or mid section to show (for example MAC Faith). The skirt is a nice touch, but sometimes I do recommend painting it so it has that almost sculpted fell or in this case do a black paint and water wash out on the fabric. Her boots need a touch more sculpt to give it that layered distinction.
Everything else looks really good. The hair sculpt is really nice and close to the original mold. Glad you were able to keep some of the articulation for the figure for posing. It's always great to have that option in a custom figure, rather than going for the one solid pose.
Anyway, hope this helps you out on this one. Keep up the good work.
