I'm not too sure if I will be of any help as I do not use Super Sculpey. I was never really a big fan of boiling or baking an action figure - call me crazy, but it feels odd.
I use Magic Sculpt which can be air dried and almost always works and comes out just the way you sculpted it. The only time something will break or crack is if you drop it or apply excessive force to where it will crack or break.
I had got some custom that was from Jess that also had these issues, but it was more aging then anything else I thought. I believe Jess is a fan of Super Sculpey, however to fix the broken arms and broken butt I used my Magic Sculpt to reseal the broken bits and repaint them. So far so good. I'll try to post pictures.
This is the only thing I can suggest to fix broken pieces.

Best option is to fill those cracks with superglue, let it dry and then use VERY fine sandpaper and sand over the glue. I would suggest to boil the figure by middle temperature and 2 minutes longer to prevent anymore cracking. Good luck

First image up is Lilah from the Jess collection. Originally her damage was left arm had broken off completely. I used Magic Sculpt to reseal the arm back and repainted a new coat of paint and this is the end result. Second image is of Lilah from behind where the paint/sculpt was starting to chip away to where you can see the original base figure. I also used MS to reseal the chipped away paint and smooth it back out. This is also the end result with a new coat of paint. Third image is of Faith from Jess as well. She came intact, however there was paint chip to the strand of her hair on the front side. Again covered it up with a little MS and repainted the hair. Fourth image we have MsBig's Buffy with a hairline crack between the knees up to the thigh on her white top. I would recommend glue to fix hair line cracks like this only. The other 2 figures are from Jess to show you how they look now.
