What was your first custom?

I thought this would be a really interesting thread to start for people to see early work from customisers! It might also be a great way for customisers to reflect on how far they've come since their first custom (or early customs if you don't have pictures anymore)

if anyone has pictures of another customisers first custom as well, feel free to share (so long as it's okay with the customiser)

p.s. hope this is in the right category! I get confused as to where to put certain threads in lol!

My first custom: halloween cordy! Made June 2012 when I first started customising! It doesn't seem 5 minutes ago that I first started out... wow time does fly!

My first one was back in...jeez...2004

My first one sucked basically. Id never sculpted before this. I used Red Pants Buffy



Looking back, it isnt dreadful but it shows you can improve over time. She did have detail in her shirts but it seems my photo skills were also awful back in the day. Almost 10 years ago!!

I had this one pegged as 12-01-07 and I believe this was the opener of things to come.



I think this was officially my first pair, as there were many 1st attempts but nothing I like as an end product.

I'm glad you guys have taken part in this thread Wayne - it's amazing how far you've come! Nearly 10 years of hard work I think this thread can only be a good thing it might even encourage more people to try customising!
