Hey Folks, Did anyone catch this weeks issue of Entertainment Weekly? It's all about rating the Top 20 Vampires of all time! Frankly, I was totally shocked at the results. #1 is Lestat (of Anne Rice books) and hopefully not of Tom Cruise portrayal.. Angel is only #7 ! And the biggest stunner of all.. Spike didn't even make the list Discuss amongst yourselves!! I mean whether you're a Bangel or a Spuffy fan, the fact that Spike wasn't even in the honorable mentions (like the Count from Sesame St. and Grandpa Munster !!!), is just wrong... Lots of love for True Blood and Edward Cullen though.. I have a feeling that Entertainment Weekly will be getting some bloody FANG MAIL about this article!! At least Spike did get a shout out from one of the Vampire book authors who said that he was her favorite!

Hm... I don't have the hardcopy magazine, but online Angel is #3 and Spike is #4: www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20153312_20153316_20294995,00.html

PC Cast is the author that gave a shout out to Spike in the magazine.
On line, yes there is a different list for the "Hottest Vampires" and Spike is finally recognized. But, in the magazine itself he is not mentioned as one of the 20 best vampiires of all time.
