Argh, it's like my MAC Prophecy and Palisades Janet from the muppets all over again.
I got my ebay Gentleman today, and was so excited. I took my time getting him out of the box. Fuitzed around to get his outfit right and then went to put the 'belt' of the stand around his waist. And snap! It boke off on one side. So now my Gentleman cannot hover behinb Buffy as I adh planned.... grrrr

Sadly they're well known for breaking in that area. Maybe you could add some wire to the rest of the stand to support him instead?

I now have a fully hovering Bloke, with thanks to a twisty tie! I sold my old Buffy and Angel ssc figures cause their joints were so crappy (before I knew about the thread fix), so should have known that something from the early era of the range would have something go wrong!! lol Here is a shot done before the fix. I also have Grad Day Buffy and some long coats for the prophecy chick coming in the post.

And now I am talking to myself.
The Graduation buffy I was buying on ebay turned up and was in fact the Prophecy Girl (again). They guy offered a full refund, blaming a mix up. In the endI am swapping the buffy for an SSC Master he has. Shame, I love the GD one.

Have you tried getting hold of the Hush Buffy?I found her to be miles better then the Prophecy girl version and cheaper then Grad Buffy too.

Pain that you don't live in France because on ebay France there are many people that sell the sideshow Graduation Day Buffy figure for really cheap. You can also find easily Becoming Angel and School Hard Spike for the same price. I don't know why so many people sell them on France. It's sad because I could not do that with my sideshow collection.

Yeah, I sometimes browse the French eBay and noticed that. It's a shame that more French sellers don't ship abroad because I'm sure a lot of folks both would get this 'fix' from them If that was the case.

Oh well done. It's a great time to be snapping up these figures as the prices are finally beginning to drop. I love Graduation Buffy in particular. Super SMG likeness.
I managed to snap up a loose D'Hoffyrn and a boxed blue outfit Darla this week for a cheap price, which I'm more then pleased about.

Yeah, the bargains make it. I've actually purchased a couple of figures I really wasn't interested in because they were cheap! I picked up this lot (Faith, Vamp SPike, Vamp Willow, Vamp Buffy) for £50 shipped which is a miracle in my eyes. I found Xander on a clearance shelf for £15 ..etc.
But then i apid full whack for Cordy and Giles - about £40 each.
