Ok, I got my first 2 deluxe figures the otherday.
Graduation Day Buffy and Faith
I must say Im impressed. I love the packaging and they look alot better than I expected, I must get the rest asap.
Anyway.............
I noticed that my "Graduation Day" Faith has no logo on her T-shirt? She still has on Black sleeves just no logo on shirt almost like "Bad Girls" Faith
Then I noticed on ebay someone had a picture of "Bad Girls" Faith with a Camo Bow. Its supposed to be black on "Bad Girls" Faith right?
Ill post pics if anyones intrested later.
If anyone has any similiar variations or Im tripping please tell.

Ok, here's an interesting defect mine has. My faith figure has her leg joint put on upside down so the leg looks all retarded. I was pretty disappointed but I knew I had another one coming that I ordered from TST so I didn't get overly angry.

Interested in this oddity. Show away! Didn't you get an odd something else a while back? Strange!

Yeah, show away, vhunter. Sounds interesting. Maybe DST would let you trade it in for another figure, if you didn't want it.

Mine had a few strange things too.
My GD Faith had no Eliza decal on the package.
My GD Buffy had two left legs, and also her yearbook had NO text on it whatsoever. The leg prompted me to return her to the shop and exchange her. Two others there had no text on the yearbook either, so I just opted for the only other one they had, which almost has the text on sort of sideways. It's very strange.

Yeah my EOD Buffy has a backwards left leg from the knee down. Hate it!

The other two members are JustHad (Invisible Woman) and CMK (Human Torch) LOL I think JustHad has the only text under her avatar that's not dirty RK

My GD Buffy has 2 right hands. In other words where she should have a left hand there is a right hand. No big deal to me since I am keeping it in the package. I thought I read a post elsewhere that someone spotted one of the figures with no nose.

Yeah, I saw that, too, about someone's Buffy having no nose.
I was wondering, are there just as many production errors with the non-Deluxe figures, or are there more with the deluxe?

No nose? Are you guys/gals serious? How is that even possible? I mean I can understand wrong legs/hands getting mixed up during the assembly process, but how does a Buffy not have a nose? The only thing I can think is maybe a bubble was there during the molding process? Did this person post a picture? I too am curious to see that! :-)
Also, for the person who said the Faith leg post was done upside down and looks weird, I'm having trouble visualizing this...I mean on mine, the peg part rotates all around as does the thigh, so even if a leg was "backward" per se, can't you just rotate it to the correct position? Or maybe the knee is attached backward and thus the knee joint is then facing the wrong direction (or the "slit" in the cuff?) since the feet also can turn 360 degrees. Or maybe the person is one who doesn't open figures and it's like that in the package?
I'm just curious to see how these look - not doubting anyone! I also learned the hard way about gleefully posting "I don't have any problems with mine" as the day I did this when I first got my first Grad Day Buffy, OMWF Buffy, EOD Faith and Grad Faith which were really truly fine - but after posting I received Grad Day Buffy and Faith the next day that I had won on ebay sometime before (was impatient and when I saw them in the store I HAD to have them then!) - but anyway, the 2nd Grad Buffy had the sticky leg peg problem and promptly snapped off as I tried to rotate it. So hopefully if I order any other copies or finally get Bad Girls Faith that she won't be peg legged and missing a nose! :-) :-)
Oh - since I'm on the topic - is the makeup on Bad Girls Faith noticeably different (and hopefully darker) than the other two? Just curious as I don't think I've seen anyone post pics of their own Bad Girls Faith open yet (feel free to post a link to one if someone has seen it!). :-)

Just a note of appreciation for the FF avatars and banners sported by some. As for Bad Girls Faith. There are reviews of all the deluxe figures at: www.action-figure.comwww.mcwtoys.comwhich show that BG Faith does have noticeably darker (and better) make-up application. Cheers, Haeph.

I don't know if its a production error but My two EODs Buffys have different paint schemes. The one I bought in SDCC from tower has tons of make-up, but the one I bought from my local Tower has no make-up, besides really light lipstick.

At my comic shop I saw a OMWF Buffy missing half a nose. I will be getting the one I origanlly ordered from T&ST (they sent me Faith) today, and my Buffy/Faith custom battle should be posted tonight or tomorrow! Been so long since I've made a custom, but these figures make it so tempting.

I'm amazed at how sturdy my GD Buffy (the only one of mine I've opened so far) is. If one of my old MAC Buffy figures fell over as often as she does, and crashed face first into so many tabletops, she'd be in pieces and I'd be the Superglu Queen.
Which reminds me to go drop a question into the new Ask DST thread about putting peg holes for bases in future deluxe figs...

Mine have been absolutely fine for the most part, the only thing that annoyed me, was that the shoulder joint on my OMWF Buffy was kinda loose, but that's nothing that can't be fixed

All the ones I have are fine, except for Grad Day Faith's foot is a bit... well... stuck. But the rest of the figures are fine and dandy^^

All 3 of my Deluxe figures (GD Buffy, EOD Buffy and GD Faith) are fine except that my Bad Girls Faith has two left feet It means she can't go 5 minutes without falling over. Its really annoying!
