Straight Edge, Thank you for modifying your post. It was the fair thing to do. I've personally never gotten a defective figure much less two at once. I would be very irritated if I did. They were probably crushed or dropped in transit. Hopefully DST customer service will be able to help you out. They are really good but do take a few days to respond, especially this weekend while SDCC is going on. Good luck on getting your replacements and hopefully this incident will not stop you from purchasing Buffy figs in the future.

Well, I just picked up the Graduation Day set since I have the rest of the figures on order through BCC, and already I have run into a problem. Faiths Bow has all 3 strings loose. Looks like they were all pulled out of their sockets. Unfortunatley, the store I purchased them from only received mine in, and will not be receiving anymore since I am the only person who buys Buffy stuff from him. I'll see if any customers can spare an extra, otherwise Ill shoot you an email Justic You probably can tighten them yourself, if you just tie them tighter where they're supposed to be.

I was trying to pose my Graduation Day Buffy today, and the leright leg broke off. It sucks! I was so happy with it until then... But I've already contacted Diamond, and we'll see what happens next!

I love Matt. He sent another one out for me. Already! And he tested the joints. DST and Matt, what a swell bunch of people!

I got 5 of the 6 Deluxe figures today, and everyone was perfect except for GD Faith. Her right arm broke at the bicep-swivel, and her right leg broke at the crotch. I was able to fix the leg (which was actually quite a fun little task), but the arm's unfixable. I don't really care, though, as I only plan to display either EOD or GD Faith sleeveless (but not both).
Of course, I'd wager that jonts get glued or painted together on roughly 10-15% of the figures (all the figures, not just buffy) I buy, so it's not like it's a particularly uncommon thing to have a figure's joints stick together (in my experience). One out of 5 (and hopefully 6) isn't a bad percentage at all. At least it was easy to take apart and repair.

I've got 2 grad day buffy's and 1 grad day faith so far and they are all perfect. Same with the other 3 deluxe figures I got. (all but end of day's buffy). I was worried before I got them, but now I am very pleased.
The only problem I've had is that their hair is stuck to the inside of the plastic. Quite a bit of pulling to get them out and I'm shocked that only one of them had enough paint removed to show the damage. I'm glad that happen to a figure I was planning on customizing anyways, but I sure hope they fix that problem in the future.
