This statue is made to be displayed with Buffy turned slightly to the right. If you look at the picture that the statue is based on, Buffy is turned slightly to the right. It's also just common sense based on the position of her eyes and the hand holding the stake. I was happy with the prototype pictured below. The breasts were a tad big, but they looked GOOD regardless. The reality is that SMG wore a push-up bra during the first season, so her breasts did appear to be bigger in the first season when compared to later seasons. The hair on the right side of the prototype was a tad curly, but it really didn't bother me. I thought it was fine the way it was. I hate not knowing what the final product will look like. And I really hate the idea that it may not look as good as the prototype. This is an instance where complaining may have actually back-fired. As others have mentioned, Sideshow over-corrected the faults of the statue, which weren't that bad to begin with. Dammit.

Angel looks fantastic!! It was nice to finally see some pictures of him from comic con. I can't wait to get all these figures - they all look great!
I have to agree about PF Buffy. I was never planning on getting her but if I had pre-ordered it I would most likely be cancelling. I think she looked pretty good before even though the hair could have been better. But now, that hair just looks so flat and unnatural the way it is lying on her shoulder. Do they still have time to fix it?

Angel looks stunning. No two ways about it. I'm just itching to get one! How could I ever not!
Cordelia looks amazing too. It's a relief too because in the original pictures she wasn't as good as I'd hoped. But from these mutiple angles and close-ups I can really see a likeness to Charisma Carpenter.
The Premium figure's likeness to Sarah is astonishing but the newer hair is more than a little 'blah'. It looks very fake and unnatural. Maybe Sideshow should've considered the phrase: "Don't fix it if it's not broken!" before they redid the hair.

Maybe Sideshow should've considered the phrase: "Don't fix it if it's not broken!" before they redid the hair. Well, it was broken. It's just that The Fix didn't fix it.

Yes, to be fair to Sideshow, they listened to all the complaints about how PF Buffy's hair looked before and tried to fix it. They should have let people see what they were doing and asked if they liked that better. The hair wasn't perfect before but it certainly looked better than how it looks now.

Holy crap...that Angel is amazing! Cordy, Spike & Lorne are looking great as well... I have to say I love the Giles. The premium Buffy is ok....the hair doesn't bother me...but these are completely unarticulated pieces, yes? Not really into that. I think I will definately be buying a Barbie bra to stuff a bit for Cordy...she really needs some chest.

I think I will definately be buying a Barbie bra to stuff a bit for Cordy...she really needs some chest. I was thinking of doing the same type thing - and also a little padding in the butt and hip area. Cordy is very curvy. I'm also hoping that Sideshow choses a more voluptious body for her and a taller one too. They adjusted Darla's body size to fit the head, which initially looked too big so I'm hoping they do that for Cordy too.
