Hot Toys are making those, not Sideshow. Sideshow's just distributing them in the US. Still would be cool.

Ah, I see - misunderstood the "partnership" thing there but, yeah, it still would be nice if they could make a deal with Hot Toys to make the bodies for them. Someone on the Freaks board said there were problems with the inner wirings breaking though when the figure was posed so I'd want that to be fixed first before they changed anything. Just thinking how unattractive PG Buffy's little arms are with all those very noticable joints!

It doesnt botter me on Prophecy Girl Buffy, because I have the exclusive. But its the reason I havnt bought Fool For Love Spike yet. Local comic shop has him for $10.00, so I might just go ahead and get him anyway.

I'm right there with you on the hidden articulation bandwagon! I like some articulation, but I don't want to see the joints on the figure. It's too distracting to me.
Is this rubber over wire? I remember my brother having action figures like that when we were kids, like the old Gumby figures. But sometimes the wire would break through the skin. I suppose that only happens with heavy play, like what kids do with their toys.

wow, that is awesome, what a great idea, now if only they'd do that to spike/angel etc and then make a woman version, that would be awesome wayne

It does look better but figures won't be figures without the joints, lol. They don't bother me anyway

I think it would limit the articulation a little, but it does look quite nice, and would leave room for a lot of skin detail

Yeah, this is way better...probably costs much more, too, though.

Yeah, this is way better...probably costs much more, too, though. Thats a good point, how much more would it be likely to cost?

Well Rambo is $65. Man that looks great though. No weird bunching or anything!

Yep, that would have been awsome, but look at the price...
Anyway I have Fool for love Spike and even though it did irritate me at first, I barely notice his arms anymore, I love this figure so much. As for Prophecy Buffy, as I didn't get an exclusive one, I put on her a Barbie leather coat that I customed a bit. So I solved the problem there!
