It might be just me but i don't recall seing any of the axes in the 'Nightmares' episode? On which part were the axes on? The only weapon i remember seing is a knife that the clown has, oh and a baseball bat (if you go off Out of Mind, Out of Sight, lol) I suppose Will's voice could be used as a weapon to deafen the demons?

I think it is just a general axe for Buffy to have as a weapon....not all the figures have exact episode specific accessories.
