I ordered on March 4th, The Master and Preordered Oz and Liam along with the Chosen Spike special... And they went ahead and charged me for everything and that was cool whatever... But it was to my understanding that they were going to ship the chosen spike out with the Master. Anyway I received the chosen spike with my vegence box set and the master never came... I've been emailing them alot about it but they haven't responded, I've even called and left a message but they didn't return the call. I'm not angry or anything I assume they're busy with the shows and all but I'd just like to know what's going on. What should I do?

Where did you order them from? I'm assuming T&S Toys / Buffy Collector Club because you mentioned the Vengeance Box Set. It might be that they're out of stock of The Master ( ), or they're extremely busy. I think they are one of the best online stores and provide excellent service, but sometimes enquires take a while due to it being so popular. Just re-read your post, and I think they might end up sending The Master seperate because (correct me if I'm wrong) the Chosen Spike was an offer with your purchase, and the Vengeance set was a 'gift' for joining so maybe thats why those 2 where shipped together. Anyway I'd give them a few days then try again...

Yeah it was from Time and Space toys and as far as I know the spike offer stated that you spend so much money and they would either ship spike seperately or with whatever part of your order that was currently instock... And the Master is an "instock" product...

er even worse bad news, I just got an email from them and they're claiming that they shipped the master along with the spike and vegence box set. I sent an email saying um... no... but I"m waiting on a reply. This is horrible...

Hey if I were you I wouldnt worry much because Time and Space in my experience has great customer service. Also the figures that you did get was there any sort of sheet listing what was included in the package? But again I wouldnt worry because one of the orders I got from them had a damaged figure and I e-mailed them about it and they e-mailed me back quickly and said that they would replace the figure and that I could just keep the damaged figure. Then within a week or so I has the new figure.
