I am all excited. They are so great. But, why are there clothes so big?? I hope they make more figures of the Angel & buffy characters...I just love them

I didnt like the first sideshiow buffy that much ... The figure was great ... but the trouser was a lil to short i think !
I hope i get mine soon ! I allready payd them !

I love them I hope they make more. I would love to have all the characters. I think I just may get out my sewing machine and alter there clothes a bit and make them fit better. I only have one gentlemen from the first set. I cant wait to afford the rest.

I don't think the clothes look too bulky at all. If they are a bit though, it's probably to allow freedom of movement. People who don't own them might not realize they're superposeable, but they are!

If you play with them a bit you can get them to look much less bulky than they really are. Also, one reason why their jackets are a bit large is so you can put the stand around thier waist under the jacket. If your going for a display think about what pose she might really be in. It helps to make it much less fake looking. I'll see if i can post some pics of my Buffy later.

I just got them in the mail today ( I know I'm a little behind) and I have to say that I really like them, however, after seeing the pictures of them online, I'm dissapointed. They don't look remotely the same. Buffy's skin tone, while good, is a little flat. Her jacket is BRIGHT RED and I hate how high up everyones pants are. I tugged and pulled on all of them a bit and that's helped though. I LOVE THE ACCESSORIES they all come with! Those are really nice. I was amazed at how sharp Buffy's stakes are. I could pierce my ear with them if I wanted to. I really hope Sideshow continues to make a ton of these because they're REALLY nice and you can totally tell that they've really made improvements since the first wave. Bravo Sideshow! I didn't have so much of a problem with my Buffy's clothes, but I repainted her whole face. Her lips were way too dark and her eyes looked badly bloodshot. As for Angel and Spike yes they both had some riding up problems in the pants which made them up almost to their chest. Spike's paint job wasn't near as good as I'd hoped and his hair had only one color which made it look....well..plastic. Angel was actually painted pretty good and I can't complain. Let's hope Faith turns out as good or hopefully a bit better when she starts shipping in June. I'm hoping we get a first peek at the human Willow figure soon also.  |

That's an area I really hope Sideshow improves--the riding up problem. The line isn't Urkel the Vampire Slayer!  Seriously, did the problem go away when you worked with them a bit, because...wow.  |

Hi sorry to bring back an old thread! I Just got my Buffy today!! ( Im so late  ) I got my Angel a few months ago Any way I love my Buffy! But My Jacket isnt Bright red like the others  All in all I love the Buffy  |

Oh. I promised myself i wouldn't get these but i have to admit i'm really tempted by some of them (Spike and the Master mostly). Does anyone recomend buying these cos' from what i've heard they aren't as impressive as they should be (cough vamp Willow cough).
PS. I hate that the vamp angel is so limited too as i probably would've got that instead of the regular one.

They are really worth it. If you checked the web lately, they changed the Vamp Willow figure. She looks a lot better and more like the actual character. As far as Vamp Angel goes, the regular Angel figure is a lot better looking. I think that they could've done better on Vamp Angel, the teeth look bad.

Yea they are, i got mine just last week and there great im really pleased with them. I didnt get Angel though- i didnt really feel it was essentila to have him in my collection  But im happy with my Buffy & Spike. |

I founf a buffy today (here in france it's quite rare i was astonished!!) and she looks great Though they couls have done better than those weird pink eyes... and there was the angel too, I liked the face but he looks very fat I don't understand why but as I don't open it it would be too ugly to expose it..

I got mine a while ago (Buffy and Spike, not Angel) and I was very impressed. I think that they are definately worth the money. I also noticed that the color of Buffy coat doesn't match the pics on the web, should be like a burgendy not red. ;D I think that they are all red like that. Well, at least mine is. |
