Are they cancelling them because they are only one per customer? If not, maybe they have sold out. Though it's an edition size of 500, and I doubt they could have sold them all in a week

That's what I want to know, too. And also, it specifically stated that there was a limit of two per customer.
And if they are indeed sold out, then I'm going to be annoyed because the only reason I wound up paying out the ass for shipping was to get these two figures and Spike...I could have just picked up a Vampire Angel at Tower Records if this was going to be the case.

Oh, dear. This is not good. I ordered one, on the day it was first mentioned here. It just arrived today. Is it possible they really sold out?

I got that same notice, but my order was for 5 different figures, 4 of them shipped and it was the Graduation Day Angel that didn't ship. I only ordered the 5 figures to get the free Spike, and I already got him, and since I can just pick up the Angel at Suncoast, I don't think I'll re-order him. I ordered the Lorne the day he was available, so he was shipped seperatly, although I havn't gotten him yet, but he's in transit.

Yes...I also would not have ordered a Wesley if I could not have gotten the Lornes...and I actually could care less about the spike..but it is cool to have. Maybe i will sell him...hmmm. I think i can live without either pf them really. It just seems a little bizarre. If I were a rabid psycho completist collector and this had happened..then the folks at DST should be nervouse...but at this point...i am just too weary to care.

I'm hoping my case winds up the same as Aly's, and that I wind up getting him. If so, that would be awesome and I'd still feel like it was totally worth it. If not, well then...I'll be peeved, but life goes on and something better will come along down the road, I'm sure. ^_^

I wrote to ask them about my Lorne order. It was never cancelled, but I wanted to be sure.
Here is what I received this morning:
You shouldn't have any problems with your order. Some orders were cancelled due to an error, but this has been corrected. Now that all of the Lornes are available, your order should ship without any further delay. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks,

Since I live in the same city as where DST ships from, I already got my package and the order was all wrong. It must have been switched with someone elses. Customer Service responded very quickly, so I'm just waiting to see how it all comes out.
I had the Lorne issue too, and I reordered him as they suggested. I'm hoping all this will be settled well enough. I have ordered from DST in the past without any problems, but I think they had some major problems with the Lorne figure. We'll also see if everyone gets their Spike figures as they expected. The wrong order that I got appeared to have over $70 worth of Buffy merchandise, but no free jacketed Spike figure was included.

I got my Spike figure like two days after I placed my order. It came before my order even shipped...and I live on the other side of the country. Now that's service!

Some orders containing the Signed Darlas were also cancelled. If you didn't get an email about it, then you should be fine.
