Can someone just tell me, is there an OFFICIAL release date for this wave. I have heard that it was Jan/Feb but i was wondering if there was a precise date yet.
Any help?

According to DST’s site, S5 Spike, S2 Darla and “Reunion” Darla should be released in January.

Yeah i knew that. I wanted to know if there had been a specific date released yet.

There aren't really release dates for toy lines. Unless you're in Japan, where they seem to have release dates down to a specific day. (As they have for the Transformers line...) We really won't know even approximately what day or week until it's closer to the time that DST and the retailers get their cases from China.

DST have said that these figures will be on schedule. After the delays with the Anya/Tara line i hope they're right.

Even if it is delayed a month or so, it still beats waiting six months, or possibly forever for new figures. Remember the old MAC days?(shudders at the memory).  |

the more and more we see from diamond the more and more my distane for mac grows! i just keep reminding myself that w/o them dst may never have had a lisence to acquire after mac mistreated the cash cow that is the buffy franchise! ;D

Action-figure.com stated in the Darla figure profiles today they would be "set to march" at the end of Dec. which means I need to make sure I have enough money on my card to cover all the preorders I have, PRONTO.

If the figures are on schedule for next month, my Credit Card is gonna take a hell of a bashing!
I can't blame it on Spike & Darla though...i've also got a sealed factory case of 12 Marvel Legends figures (Series 8) due within the next few weeks.

I just heard from a comic store owner that the official release date of the Spike and Darla figures is Feb.9, the same day the new Spike Cards are being released!
