Hey guys and gals I recently bought a Together Forever 2 pack and there are a few things I have BIG problems with.First my Willow has flesh color specs in the hair,a BIG scar like mark on her neck(  ,thats odd,mark on the neck,lol). I also just got the new NMR Tara and Hush Tara.NMR Tara has a glossy glue spot on her forhead that is VERY noticable when she is on my display case.And Hush Tara has a glossy glue spot on her necklace. Now I asked around to some of my friends.I wanted to know what you guys think...Should I email DST and complain or are some of these just annoyances to me? Thanks- AS |

Should I email DST and complain? I told this to somebody else who was unhappy about a figure they received... I don't think complaining would be the best thing to do. I think you should e-mail DST and explain your situation. I'm sure if you did that (without complaining), they'd understand and would be willing to help you out. -CMK |

thanks CMK.I shouldn't have said complain .I just used it cause most letters to companys I write I call complain letters.I actually don't complain.

I would for sure emai DST and let them know, I bet you will be able to get something worked out. Good luck with that.

JusticeDemon posted when the Anya/Tara figures first came out as someone had a problem with their Anya I belive and he said to email customer service at DST. I remember as I thought, nice of JD and nice of DST. Then again, I don't know what it'd get you...

I am starting to wonder if it is supposed to be there.Is it??? Re: the glossy spot on Hush Tara's necklace -- I think it is supposed to be there. It's just over the jewel on her necklace. I think it's meant to make it more life-like since we didn't get a new sculpt with the necklace actually on it (as with Buffy I). |

The necklace was made with the dress collar of the new moon Tara, therefore i agree the glossy spot it is because of that, the necklace looks more real, therefore it is a repaint, so it can't be so perfect.

My TF Willow has a missing paint chip on her cheek. It really annoyed me but I just painted over it.

The necklace was made with the dress collar of the new moon Tara, therefore i agree the glossy spot it is because of that, the necklace looks more real, therefore it is a repaint, so it can't be so perfect. I think there is supposed to be an orange bead glued there. When I opened mine, I found an orange see thru bead floating around the package that I assumed was the jewel in her necklace...i guess they all just fell off and all we're left with is shiny glue spots...does anyone have a hush tara with the bead still on? |
