I preorder the anya wave through time space toys. I was supposed to have them 11/8. I called dhl it seems they left the box at my front door in the Bronx w/o a signature, these guys are so smart.
I wish I could be enjoying my figures like you guys. Anyone else have similar problems with dhl?

I ordered from Time and Space Toys as well (which uses DHL) and I was supposed to get my package yesterday. Now that you said DHL has lost your package, I am worried they may have done the same thing to me. I am sorry about your package loss, that really does stink.

DHL SUCKS!!!
I had ordered from Anyanka and Bunny Anya from Time and Space Toys.
They were shipped on the 4th and sat there till the 8th when they were lost for 3 days and arrived on the 11th.
They delivery date was the 9th.
I called and complained yesterday to someone in India and they mysteriously appeared today.
Time and Space needs to go back to UPS.
I was just happy they showed up, I was thinking they got lost for sure.

I think they left my figures from Time and Space Toys outside too, on a rainy and windy day. I was worried that the box had blown away or ended up being a soggy mess. Luckily, though, someone must have brought it in the building and left it on the mailboxes.
I wish they'd go back to UPS too... If no one's home, UPS will drop it of at my apartment complex's office, and I can go pick it up from them.

Be sure and voice your problems with TST, if they have a large number of customer complaints I'm sure they'll do something about it.

This is some terrible news. I have been buying from Time and Space Toys for a very long time. I did not know of this DHL switch. That is horrible what happened to all of your packages, just horrible. I really thought they did a fantastic job with UPS. I am very upset to hear about this change. As Raven said, please do voice your complaints with Time and Space. Hopefully they will change back to UPS.

I got my package today, but it was a week late. DHL sent it to the wrong address. At least now I have my Anya and Tara!

Just an update, I forgot to post. After writing the email, time space found it was sent to the wrong place. We waited for dhl to pick up and resend which they didn't. Time space then sent me a new package which I did recieve. A few weeks later my free hush tara was recieved. Overall time space had good service with the exception of shipping with dhl.

All of these problems with DHL... and to think that TST now has the Buffy Collector Club. Do TST still use DHL? I'd email them and request a change back to UPS or whatever... but I haven't ordered much from them and I'm still debating about whether to join to Buffy Club or not.

DHL is definitely the least reliable of the mail services I have seen toy companies use, but I find that just calling and talking to someone is helpful. They want to maintain their body of business, so the last thing they want is to lose stores which send out thousands of packages (like TST) due to customer complaints. If you give them a ring, they tend to jump on the ball and get you your stuff or at least provide an answer that's acceptable to its being late. They're also relatively new to the game (about 3 years old as a company) so they are still working out some issues I'm sure.
