Wedding Anya - She's looking a lot better than before. I can see a few improvements on the hair and dress. Also, from what I can tell; the acesssories will look good on her. Overall I'm very pleased with this figure! OMWF Anya - This is figure that I am looking forward to the most! She looks so good! (Please don't think I'm spamming, it's just I can't find words for her )Everything about the figure is excellent - defenately the best figure of the Anyas. Anyanka - She looks ok. I hate the pose they put her in. I like the outfit, it's nice and accurate to the episode. Also her accessories are good looking (though I wish there were more). I dislike the rings around her eyes and the disgusting new necklace. But, other than that, she looks great. Anya - Absoloutley brilliant base and accessories. Her outfit looks fine. It's just the head that has anything wrong with it: The hair is too dark, the eyes a bulging and looking in the wrong direction, also the mouth is off. Personally, this isn't one of my favourite figures, and at first they are going to sell terribly: until OMWF Anya sells out. Then they are going to fly off the shelves.

These close-ups are great, thank you Karen! I think the Amulet looks a little dorky and a bit off colour, it looks more yellow rather than gold however the face detail is fab!!. I also thought that Anyankas high heels were going to be replaced with sandles or was that just me?? I think S5 Anya and OMWF Anya looks the best so far so far Thanks again to Karen for posting the pics!!

All Anyas look fantastic, but I’m not quite pleased with the dark color of Anyanka’s skin (it look too brown when it should be reddish and a bit paler). Also, Anyanka’s necklace looks less impressive than before.
Anyway, thanks for these terrific pictures, Karen.

After seeing these pictures of the Anya figures, especially the one with the elbow joints, I almost wish that they had no articulation at all. If they can't hold a weapon, I feel no need to have ALL of them open. I will still buy them to keep on card, but if I am only keeping them on cards, I would rather the arms not have that horrible cut in them. I would rather have a 6" Emma Caulfield plastic statue with NO articulation. I realize these are still prototypes and will hopefully have the bicep articulation. Either way, I've already ordered over 2 cases of these Anya figures to do my part to support the line. I am not a retailer but a private collector and will be giving alot of Anya for Christmas.

Thanks for these, im really excited for omwf anya now, just a question what changes did they make to wedding anya, cos i wasn't on here when people were talking about that. Reg anya is great, agree that the eyes are a bit wierd, but i think if i see this in a shop, im gonna buy it.

I don't quite get the dirt around her feet though. If they want her to be standing in a dirty spot, spray the dirt on the base first so they dont leave the imprints of her feet. Also, who sets these things up? hehe she looks like sh'es doing some funky dance. Other than those few little things, I'm pleased. I think the thing under her feet is some sort of adhesive to keep the figure standing. OMWF Anya has the same thing but it's blue. Thanks for these, im really excited for omwf anya now, just a question what changes did they make to wedding anya, cos i wasn't on here when people were talking about that. Reg anya is great, agree that the eyes are a bit wierd, but i think if i see this in a shop, im gonna buy it. I'm pretty sure I read in the Wedding Anya topic that they resculpted the head or hair. They also lifted the chest area of the dress because it looked saggy. They probably made some alterations to the details in the dress as well. i.e. the bottis(SP) detailing, the ruffles at the bottom of the dress.

Regular Anya looks a little off but thats just the paint job. I love previous pics we've seen of her. OMWF Anyal looks great minus the earrings...but glad to hear they'll be changed. I don't mind Anyanka all that much minus that ugly amulet...why don't they just paint it gold?? Wedding Anya is the only one I'm thinking about not getting. She just doesn't seem right to me.
I'm surprised Amber was scanned because IMO the Anya figure looks more accurate than Tara.
ADDED: Just noticed the elbow articulation and yuck, its so in your face. Why doesn't it look like previous female arm articulation?

Wedding Anya- Wow, this may be my favorite figure of the line, and I usually don't like the "pretty" figures. I really see the likeness, the hair is BEATIFUL (sorry vamp Dru, someone's got better hair than you). The dress detail is great, and the red base fits really well.
OMWF- Egh, still my least favorite. The hair just bothers me, and the sculpt of the skirt is...heavy?
Anyanka- The face isn't great that close up, and her lips look really huge for some reason. I'm not super pleased with the amulet...and it's kinda funny, looks like they superglued her to the base.
Regular- Wow, for some reason I just really really like this figure right now...the paint job is really great. The face is a little off but it's probably just the prototype. I guess they changed the left hand so she can carry things. The one thing that worries me is the elbow articulation- kinda looks like the bend in her arm is lost, and it even bends a little the wrong way.
Thanks Karen! Even though I saw them, it's great to see them up close again.

Hells Bells Anyas hair is gorgeous. The detail on the back of the dress is a nice touch too. OMWF Anya needs her earrings re done. They don't look good. Nice hair though. Anyanka is looking ok. What's with the dust under the shoes ? Is that when she appears next to Giles just as he smashes the amulet ? Standard Anya looks a bit out of it. I think the pupils need enlarging then she will look ok. Not fussed about the jointed arms . Love the magic box counter !!!! Where is Bunny Anya ?

Just to clear up confusion when I said I wasnt talking about Karens pics. Karens pics are of the original prototype, nothing has been fixed. This is the pic I was talking about. As you can see, she has articulation, accessories, removeable hair, and her dress isnt sagging.

Maybe it's just me, but the elbow articulation on Wedding Dress Anya doesn't look as bad as Regular Anya's. ;D

They all look great, the only problems I see are the amulet and the paint job on regular Anya's face, I hope DST will fix them.

You could on the Willows, and seeing as how the Anyas also all have the same head I'm assuming so. You can see a lil black space on the side, I think its a shadow where the hair isnt glued on completely. I hope you canm, it makes it a LOT easier to sculpt new hair...although I wont need to on wedding Anya.

Thanks for posting the pics Karen!
I absolutely adore OMWF Anya - they've captured her expression perfectly and the detail on her shirt is great. The detailing on Anyanka seems a bit crude/rough to me, but I suppose it fits the character. Great sculpts for reg and Hell's Bell's Anya...but is it me, or do the eyes seem a bit off on these two?
In any case, I'll still be getting 'em all!

Maybe it's just me, but the elbow articulation on Wedding Dress Anya doesn't look as bad as Regular Anya's. ;D It could be because that pic of Wedding Anya is about actual size (at least on my monitor with this resolution) while the close up Anya on the first page is about 5 or 6 times actual size. Of course the figures will look flawed/less detailed and the joints more noticeable when the picture is that big. I certainly see what people mean by the joints being very noticeable, but I think the combination of them being seen at actual size on the final product and the paint applied right over the joint will help a lot.
