It seems like I've been too late ordering one...now even DST is sold out.
Does anyone know a U.S. website that still has them to order?

That's a cool headsup but I don't want to have to pay $20 more than what the DST was offering, that's alot of money. You can try Musicland stores (Sam Goody, Suncoast, and Media Play). Word is they have 750 to split in their stores and should be getting them on the shelves soon. I don't know what they're planning on retailing them for, though.

So Musicland Group gets 750 Spellbooks to send to their 523 Sam Goody, 366 Suncoast, and 75 Media Play stores nationwide.
The Willow figures sold well here, but I really doubt the Suncoast in my backwoods hogwaller will see any of these.

At the moment eBay prices seem to be holding at reasonable levels. I suggest watching the auctions, especially if you will only buy it for a bargain price.

Yeah that's some fun math when you do the numbers like that. Chances are my tiny suncoast won't see one of these either. Never gonna get a spellbook....

If anyone happens across an online store still selling them, pretty please let us know? I'm off to hit eBay, and call my local Suncoast in hopes (very very low hopes) they've gotten one or two in.
Ah, DST. I love you lots less right now. *grumble*

I'm gonna get mine from forbidden Planet. It's thirty bucks. Has anyone had trouble with forbidden planet? I hope it comes shortly after I order!

www.arisesirtoy.com has some spellbooks for preorder. I was emailing with the owner the other day, they are due in soon. Not the cheapest option though - he is based in NZ. the international price works out to about US$70. I don't know his postage rates, but our postal service is quite cheap, it shouldn't be too expensive. www.arisesirtoy.com/category68_1.htm

I was just over at the DST site and it says that the spellbook has completley sold out. I think other then ebay the options on finding one are really slim.
Note: Not just from their online store, there is an article thingy about it on the homepage.

Well, the price has gone up yet again, but you can still get one from nextgen toys, apparently: "Willow Spellbook Update 6/30/04: It looks like we will have a few Spellbooks left. We will re-open the item for new orders soon. BTVSSB1$64.99" Yeesh, I guess it makes sense, business-wise, but it just seems so darn mean.

I found a set at Suncoast today in Kansas City for 39.99!! SCORE!
They apparently had 3 to sell in their store and 2 sold today.. I would guess they just put them out today.
