Hello all. I preordered four White Witch Willows from Moore at their booth at the Wizard World Texas show last November. I still have the receipt were they took down my info, CC#, e-mail, etc... I am a member of the MAC Collectors Club as well. I fear, however, that in all of the transition, my little preorder may have been lost. I am wondering if there is any shot that I'll get these figures. I don't believe my card was ever charged, so no worries there. I just want my Willows! Any advice?

You're too late. All of the White Witch Willows have sold out.
MAC was SUPPOSED to transition all of their preorders for White Witch Willow over to Diamond. MAC lost orders, never entered orders into the computer, etc so DST only received a partial list of orders from former MAC members. Knowing how brainless MAC was toward the end of their existance, it's really not DST's fault.
Since they're sold out, you may want to try eBay or other online stores. A fully-articulated White Witch Willow is being including in the upcoming "Willow's Spellbook" box set, but the pre-orders for those have already sold out at Time and Space Toys. You may be able to get one at a Musicland store (Sam Goody, Suncoast, Media Play) if your store is one of the larger stores.
If anyone has any links to stores selling the White Witch Willow for a decent amount, post the links here.

Knowing how brainless MAC was toward the end of their existance, it's really not DST's fault. It's not their fault, but they should've made some sort of effort to notify people that there were problems with some orders. They had the MAC mailing list, this forum, and their own site - they could have easily posted a notice saying that if you had ordered at the conventions or had an order number of over 612, you should contact DST.

It all goes back to Moore being not much of a businessman. Terrific sculptor, but he didn't know how to run a business. It didn't help that he layed off over half of his staff during that last year. It was pretty much down to like five people or less before it was all over. I'd say it's a miracle that any orders crossed over at all! I feel your pain. I missed out on White Witch as well. You will have another shot though soon in the box set. Thank you DST!!

One for the shrine, one for a friend... and two to trade away for other upcoming exclusives I may not be able to get my hands on. Not that I won't be able to find most of them, but I figured since the opportunity presented itself, I would err on the side of caution.

The only other store I can find that is selling the WWWillows right now is TheOuterReaches.com. Here's a link. If that's too much, try eBay.... but that might end up being more anyway. The last issue of Toyfare showed the price for WWWillow around $60.

I wish I had read all the posts before I listed my WW Willow.... I put it on Ebay, started it out at $17.. here is the link if anyone is interested.... cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3194098954&ssPageName=ADME:B:LC:US:1I had noticed in the beginning of the transition that people were grumbling about their orders with MAC so I wrote to DST and they had to find my order.... but they did... I can only imagine how many people's orders MAC lost...frightening...... I am so sorry......
