My Doppelganger Willow has some missing on her chest for some odd reason. Mine has that same problem, but I bought it in a store for customizing anyway. Luckily the one I recieved online had a good paint job. My S5, trans, and other Dopple Willow are all in perfect condition. Got them all from cinequest, pricey on some pieces, but very nice to deal with.

After hearing so many WWWillow complaints, I was terrified to get mine, but... It's in practically perfect condition! The paint job is excellent, no nose or hair problems, and the box was in perfect condition! Woo! Yay for me.
*dodges flying bottles and tomatoes* sorry for gloating...

No, it does mean they're gone. MAC is no longer in existance. They're done. Finished. Closed. Clay Moore is still helping as a sculptor, though. I'm glad DST is keeping him around so the newer figures will still be in the same style as some older ones, but I'm really glad he's not making the business decisions anymore. It's entirely MAC's fault that we had problems with WWWillow. THEY reduced the articulation. THEY changed the packaging to a cheaper style. THEY didn't check for quality. THEY packaged them in the flimsy boxes. THEY didn't give us the new base and accessories we were promised. THEY delivered the product late. Not that MAC never did anything right, but toward the end (after he had fired all of the good employees) it was obviously not working. And now, Moore has nothing to do with the Buffy & Angel lines...

The WWW in the spellbook isnt too much better. The nose on mine is just fine and seeing her in the sheer top in person just baffles me and i love it. My only complaints lie with the outlining of her lips, eyebrows and upper eyes. Also with the fact that my WWW has red roots and ends in the back. It looks like they just painted over existing red headed Willows... I can easily touch it up... but its a matter of having to do it myself when it should have been inspected before packaging since DST was in charge of this version... and yes... you still get a flimsy scythe....

Fortunately the face on mine was fine, but the hair paint app was a bit spotty on top and back. Nothing that can't be fixed if I decide to open her.
If I can get my hands on a Spell Book at Suncoast the carded one is staying carded.
DST shipped my figures double-boxed so the cards were fine too, even WWW's.
