Where's the best place to get all of the carded Willows in the current wave? After hearing about the poorly packaged (and subsequently damaged) shipments from DST, I'm wary of the DST store.
Is there anyplace besides DST where I can get the entire set carded?

The only damaged product from DST was the carded White Witch Willow. Unfortunately, DST didn't have control over those because they were manufactured, packaged, and put in those flimsy boxes by Moore Action Collectibles. I have the highest confidence in DST for everything else. I got two White Witch Willows in the mail on Friday from DST and the packaging was fine. The only flaws were with the figure itself due to MAC's poor quality control (I had the nose paint chipped on both of them). If ANYONE receives any damaged product from DST and would like it replaced, just contact DST and they will be HAPPY to replace it.

When they slap a label on it and ship it, they are taking responsibility for it. If they felt that the boxes were flimsy, extra precautions should be made to ensure safe delivery. Blaming it on the original vendor wouldn't be acceptible for any other website, so it shouldn't be acceptible here.
Regardless, I just want to know what my options are, if any.

Guys, lets remember that what we may see as damaged are really just little imperfections, so don't go askin for a whole new batch of figures just because the cards dinged or the paints chipped.

Yea but for a perfectionist it means alot, or even someone who wants a good paint job. I mean look at the M.O.C WWW most of the people on this board, including myself, have recieved one or more with a chip at the end of her nose and thats pretty bad if more than one person has the same fault.

Well, my vampire willow which came by itself earlier arrived in perfect shape. It was in a white box made of thicker cardboard. It was just the WWW that came in the crappy, flimsy brown cardboard box.
So I think I feel safe enough to buy from Diamond. And as other people have said, orders of multiple figures come in their individual boxes which are then packed in a whole other box.

Yes, but I did not pay these prices to get figures with inperfections! If I pay these prices, I expect clost to perfect packaging, and a PERFECT figure! If I wanted a non mint figure, I would have ordered from toyfare in the damaged section. You know what I mean?

There are those things that are not acceptable, but I'm just trying to say that if a huge wave of people ask for replacements for something so insignificant or probable, we might lose the privelege and trust of DST.

No no! By all means! If ANYONE is not satisfied with the figures they received, feel free to contact DST for a replacement. You will be responsible to ship the item back to the address given, though. I'm contacting DST about a really bad case of "lazy eye Regular Willow" and my nose-chipped White Witch Willow. If anyone has questions about their order or would like to exchange their figure(s), please email customerservice@diamondselecttoys.com.

Exactly One of the reasons I haven't ditched the packaging for my Buffy & Angel figures... I paid so much for them, I can't just chuck 'em But they take up so much space... No no! By all means! I'm glad DST is cool about replacing the lemons of the figures. I'll have to go through mine and see if any were messed up... I seem to remember my WWW had the spotty nose problem, and maybe a Dopple Willow with an imperfection. Sideshow was also pretty cool about replacing the damaged shipping boxes.

This has really gotten away from the intent of my post. I just mentioned damaged items to cite one reason why I would like to consider another vendor.
Is there any vendor that is selling or will be selling all of the carded Willows?

All in one place.... in the US.... no.
In the UK there are several retailers that can offer all of the figures.

Wups...sorry, I thought that they would be doing it like MAC in that you wouldn't have to send your first figure back (basically you could get a free figure if you complained)...but yeah, if you send your other one back than that should definately be taken advantage of.
