Hehe, it's alright Names aren't really spoilers unless it's like, the Master or something. I mean we could be getting a character in an episode called Chuck, and unless his last name was Brown, that wouldn't spoil anything ;D I'm just thinking of the old Red Dwarf episode with the Polymorph, when it's disguised as a sexy woman around the Cat. "I'm the genetic mutant." "Jenny Who?" ;D

Guys, I've removed the post with coat-less Jack and classic wave pictures from DoctorWhoToys.net as apparently those were obtained illegally and been removed from that site.

Does anyone know if there are going to be Dr Who cards ( battles in time) for series 4?

I was under the impression that they thought they were officially released pictures since they were taken by the official photographer of CO's products. I think they were emailed to them on the same day as the news about series 1, 2, & 3 mix release and I'm sure they just thought they were released along with those photos. If he hadn't read it on the forum and the person who sent them to him didn't tell him they were not suppose to be posted on other sites there would be no reason for them to think they were not official publicity photos. He did take them down with apologies as soon as he found out...so kudos to him! BTW, I didn't send him the pictures

Hmm...those look cool. Not fantastic but pretty cool. Though, I'm much more interested in seeing Jack and Gwen. Thanks for the link, CaptainOates.

The first two figures seem pretty good.I'm not that excited by the weevil but the Lisa looks really good. I'm looking forward to seeing the Toshiko figure and then hopefully if they get made a Ghostmaker,Pearl and Martha.

SPOILER ALERT for "The Doctor's Daughter (highlight to read)
So while at first I found it EXTREMELY anticlimactic that Jenny is simply a clone of the Doctor (much like X-23 is from Wolverine in X-men). I mean, it's a neat idea...but I was hoping for more of a mystery. Thought the episode was pretty good as a whole, and I'm glad she regenerated and decided to take after The Doctor, so he's STILL not the last Time Lord.
END SPOILER

I finally saw the episodes with Ross Jenkins yesterday. I think he would actually have a very good chance at an action figure...I don't think petitions were needed at all. He was a good looking sort...I can see why our RossJenkins17 loooooves him & wants to kiiiiiiiiis him! ;D I'd say we'll get the two Sontarans. One with helmet, one without. From the Pompei episode....that Rock chick will likely be considered for a figure. Maybe the seers. A Deluxe rock creature would be awesome! though maybe too big.

I don't think our site is renowned enough to have to take down those proto images. Episode 6 SPOILERS below! Highlight to read. Great episode! It reminded me of an old school DW story, although it would be nice to see a story with all aliens and no humans (or nearly identical human types). That's just a minor gripe, just like I wish there was a longtime companion who was not from modern day Earth. Someone like Leela or Jamie (the Scottish Highlander), you know?
Well anyways it would be nice to see Jenny catch up with the Doctor again later in the series. But, did she regenerate? She breathed out a cloud kind of like the terraforming gas, or perhaps the TARDIS essence like Rose did in "Parting," or, of course, the Time Lord regeneration cloud like the 9th / 10th Doctor did. All I know is she didn't regenerate in the traditional sense, changing her face and all. Who knows, maybe she's a new kind of Gallifreyan, like they were saying, not quite the Doctor. In any case there better be a Jenny figure!

Spoiler
The Doctor's daughter was quite a good episode. I thought that this was Martha's best episode as her scene with the Hath's death was quite upsetting. Jenny was also quite cool. However , there was a real lack of good minor characters in this episode. Martha's Hath firend was about the best even though he didn't say anything. It was a little annoying that minor characters that I do like get killed ( Lynda,Yvonne Hartman and Ross ) but when I actually don't care about minor characters dying ( and in some cases this episode I actually wanted them dead ) they nearly all survive.

SPOILERS
I think my judgement rests purely on whether Jenny returns or not, if not it was a bit of a waste of an episode. Also after the strong military themes from the previous two episodes this seemed to be a bit too similar and just kind of echo the exact same themes about the futility of war. I would have preferred it coming later in the run maybe, and Martha's role was rather unecessary - how exactly could she understand the Hath? And how can Jenny heal herself but not regenerate in a typical way? Is it like the doctors hand, that after a regeneration he can heal quickly? Since Jenny had only been alive a relatively short while maybe that is how she came back. Once again this episode threw up more questions than it answered! How that paradox business will play out should be interesting.

Spoilers for 4x06
I must say this episode didn't impress me. As this been pointed out - another military-war theme seems unnecessary and overall seemed like a much weaker episode than those that came before.
I did, however, like Jenny and wonder if we would see her again. And do hope some of the question regarding this episode would be answered by the end of this season.

So where the 10th Doctor regenerated a hand when it got cut off, maybe she regenerated her internal organs that got hit by the bullet.

...Again, I am going to assert my belief that we should have a thread for episode discussion in the entertainment section...especially since most people in America are 3 episodes behind.
