Very nice work, Kieran. She looks great! Very nice job with the hair. It's a good idea to hone your skill on a larger scale figure. Keep going... it all gets so much easier with practice.

Are you using a clear coat of seal? If not then I assume you are using a glossy paint. I would make a switch from glossy paint to matte paint. Unless you are doing leather clothing.
Also I noticed a lot of lumps on your finished figures and you can smooth that out with water and your finger or brush. Also you can use toothpicks or knife to etch details like pocket lines and I like to use the back of the paint brush to create creases in the jacket, pants, and hair curls.
In the 12" scale it can be very easy to apply more details to create statue like customs.
