Just wondering what's everyones favourite buffy season finale & season pilot? You can select 2 answers but one has to be a finale and one a pilot no cheating I chose buffy 'the gift' & 'anne' as my 2 favourites As much as I love 'Chosen', I just love 'the gift' so much! Everything about it was perfect... even with the ending being sad. I thought it was amazing. I can watch that episode over and over and it's still new!!!

Yeah I have to agree that the Gift was def one of the best ending to a season because they didn't know if Buffy was going to continue on so everything was summed up. Welcome to hellmouth is such a classic that reintroduced us back to Buffy in which it was where it all started.

yeah I agree. The way everything was laid out at the end was just great. Half of me wishes they had maybe left it that way because Tara would have lived lol!! and Anya! But then season 7... I just love that season so much. Caleb and the ubervamp(s) - what amazing baddies?! Plus the last episode was so amazing. I wish they had given Angel a good battle like they did in Buffy

Even in "After the Fall" we didn't get the big fight we kind of skip forward to the aftermath. Not to spoil anything. But it was also the same in Season 8 of Buffy as well we just skip to the present of what's going on. Not that it wasn't fun to read but I did like what happened at the end.

Finale: by far for me its Graduation Day Pt. 2. When all the parents are running away and the students stand their ground, its a poweerful image of growing up/independence. I get chills when Buffy yells "now" and they all take off their robes and are adorned with weapons, and all begin to fight back. After all of the strange activity that went on at Sunnydale High, they finally take their stand. It's an epic moment for me in the series. Season Premier: Anne. There is something special about this episode where Buffy figures out that she is needed. There is no running away from who you are and you need to accept yourself. Buffy standing in the hell dimension with the hunga munga is one of my favourite images from the series. I could actually gush on about these episodes, but I'll leave it there

Yeah that's a great finale !!
My favourite finale is willow coming back to the light sight rather than the dark side
