VAMPYR Tome---with apologies to Mr. Adams :)

I just had to post my latest find---the same edition Bible that was used to make the VAMPYR Tome for Buffy Season One's "Welcome to the Hellmouth"

This will be made over to look like the Screen-used Prop and then offered for sale.
I'm really excited that it even has one of the same clasps as was used on the Prop on Buffy.
This is the THIRD one of these that I have managed to track down: the second one will be finished soon and added to my personal Buffy Collection.
The first one was used to pull some molds from and may go up for sale as well.
More news on this as it progresses!

04/21/2012---What a let down! I received the book pictured above today and it was in TERRIBLE condition and didn't even have the clasp on it!
I'm thoroughly convinced the seller sent me a different Bible than the one pictured and I have started a case for a FULL refund.

the most accurate recreation of this prop since the screen used Book on Welcome to the Hellmouth:

Thanks Smiler! It really turned out well. I was wondering if anyone was going to say anything!
This prop has been one that I've felt bad about for a while as it really should have been the first one I finished.
The "apology" part of the title has to do with also feeling a bit badly that I've been able to find three copies of the antique Bible that was used for the original prop and Wayne told me the last time we talked that he's been looking for that book for a very long time.
I hope to be able to make my own VAMPYR Tome available for purchase in the foreseeable future.
