Was the Mr Pointy Stake in the glass/plastic? case (unsigned version) released?

Did the Anyanka's Amulet come in a red jewellery box and a black jewellery box as I've seen photos of both?

Did the Buffy Cross come in a red jewellery box and a black jewellery box as I've seen photos of both?

Did Spike's Amulet end up being released?

I have Anyanka's Amulet in a red box not sure about the cross.

As for the stake with the display case and Spike's Amulet; those were canceled.

buffy's cross necklace replica was released twice i believe, the first one which is the black box one was released by factory x and the red box one was released by genki.
