WIP 2 True Blood_ "Bad Things"

Here is a work in Progress look at my latest drawing
This drawing features the cast of the HBO series "True Blood"
and features portraits of ...

Anna Paquin as "Sookie Stackhouse"
Stephen Moyer as The Vampire "Bill Compton"
Alexander Skarsgård as The Vampire "Eric Northman"
Ryan Kwanten as "Jason Stackhouse"
Kristen Bauer as The Vampire "Pam"
Rutina Wesley as "Tara Thornton"
Sam Trammell as "Sam Merlotte"
Nelsan Ellis as "Lafayette Reynolds"

For this drawing I just wanted to focus on the main "Regular" characters of the show...now before anyone comments to mention why I didnt include Debra Ann Woll who plays the Vampire "Jessica Tamby and Joe Magnaniello who plays "Alcide Herveaux"...well I would have loved to include them but unfortunarely I ran out of room...

this is the underdrawing sketch which establishes layout and character likeness..the next step willbe to add color

This is truly amazing.. the likenesses are so spot on.. this is a rare case, where I don't even need to see the colored version (which I know will be incredible). I am totally content with the pencil version... Wow!!

This will be the first drawing where I have prints available in both Black and white and color


Here is an update to the True Blood_Bad Things drawing

in this detail scan I have focused on the Portraits of Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard) and His Prodigy Pam (Kristen Bauer)...I have also started blocking in the background colors.
The background will recieve more detail once I get more of the characters colored in.
