xander000 I completely agree with u it annoys me that on the Unsuccessful Thread people are defending her and saying good things, when this is the spot for stating bad things Good transcactions go in the Successful thread, not the Unsuccessful There's a rule of one post per person in the Successful thread, whereas it seems there isn't in here. Where else are people supposed to defend Willow then? If you lot keep repeating yourselves about how bad she is, then people are just going to assume she's an 100% bad person to deal with. Yes, she's messed up a little, but she's had a lot of good transactions too, and her positive 'feedback' greatly outways her negative. I've personally only ever had good deals with her, and would not be hesitant about dealing with her again.

Paypal resolved the case in my favor, but no money and no item. I hope I'll be receiving my item, if not, I'll have to consider other options.

Today I received my items from Val (Buffyville). I know this is an old dispute, but just thought I'd let everyone know.
Still nothing from Willow.

Add MrsJohnMcBain (Jennifer Riccelli) to the list of unsuccessful transactions. She stiffed me for $46.00. I had won an Ebay auction from her, which went well. However, when I bought and paid for two figures from her privately, I never heard from her again, even though I tried to reach her though Ebay and email. I have a PayPal dispute against her going on now. I haven't seen her on the board for quite some time, but if she comes back - Beware. Anne

I had a transaction with her a while back. On July 5th or there about, she said she had ALREADY shipped out my mint Belthazar and Piper from Series 1. It finally arrived arounf the 27th, with the postmark being July 24th or so. But that's not even what I'm mad about. Both figures were going to be replacements in my collection, yet they arrived magnled. They were both covered in scratches, and Belthazar's arms kept popping out. I've ended up having to use both for customs.

Hi,
Just felt the need to state again that i haven't recieved *anything*. Not even pm's have been sent, even though I have sent her some.
I sent payment on the 30th June and she stated that shed sent the items on the day after i sent the money - 1st july.
Its now the 16th october and i haven't recieved anything. I find this rude, and irresponsible. It's obvious that nothing has been sent. I'm pasting even wanting the items i payed for now. I'd just like my £40 back.

I guess I failed on my part to post about Willow. I was commissioned to make a custom for her but in the middle of it I heard so much negative feedback I told her no, nevermind. Guess the rumors were true.

I paid her $120 for the Gentlemen and two customs back in July 2006. I've written her emails and PMs, but have heard nothing back. It's very disappointing. I had good transactions with her a year ago. This time she stole my money. I am reticent to post negative feedback about people, but enough time has passed at this point with no response that I think the writing is on the wall about her.

OK, I have a new one to add and I am really pissed off about it as the figure I was supposed to get was Shondras Red Carpet Alyson which I paid $70 for to [glow=red,2,300] Fred[/glow] also known as Patricia Hancock who has been bullshitting me for over 2 months now. I have given her enough time and it is now up, so I am warning you guys. If the figure ever turns up I will remove this post, but until then avoid her like the friggin plague.

Okay I just thought that I'd bump up my old bad transactions thread since one of these people (VampireStake) has started selling items on the forum again. I think it's fair to give people a warning before they buy.
VampireStake:
eBay seller name is brad_and_bella
He was my first bad transaction yet. And he was actually the first person I ever bought something from on this board. What a way to begin....
I bought two figures (MAC Faith and Cordy) from him for $30 on February 21. It's now been about a month and a half.
I PM'd him in the beginning of March to ask the progress of my figures, and he replied on March 15 saying he had totally forgot and he needed my address. He had my address because I paid with Paypal which gives the seller the buyer's address. Well I gave him my address and on March 25 he told me (after I had sent another PM) that they were shipped out via first class mail. Which is weird for two reasons. #1. He said he would ship them out via priority (I paid for priority mail). And #2. That gave the package 9 days to get here. First class only takes 2-3 days to get to it's destination. So I think I have been cheated. If I don't get those figures by Saturday I'm filing a Paypal dispute to try to get back my money.
I also remembered something last week. That I had bought 3 figures from him on eBay on December 13 of last year. I know it's the same seller because they both have the same Paypal email addresses. I was cheated there too. He told me that the first package had been lost and that he sent out a second one. But I never got either of them. I was nice enough to give him extra time, but because of that it was too late to file a dispute with eBay or Paypal. So I lost another $30 there.
I think a month and a half is plenty of time to get a package sent out.
I can't believe that I have been cheated by him twice. If I would have known it was the same seller I would have never bought from them the second time.
UPDATE:
I got my figures today (April 10) finally (about a month and a half after buying them). They were in good condition. I still am going to keep this thread here though because I still have issues with this seller.
#1: He said they were shipped in March. The sticker from the post office says it was shipped on April 7. Plus it was shipped via first class when I paid for priority (lost a few bucks there).
#2: I still have lost out on that transaction on eBay.
Just be careful when buying from this seller.
Smashed:
A very new member to the forum. He commissioned me for a Willow custom and then today (August 19) I get an email saying this from his mother:
"Hi, I am John's mother, Kelly. Please disregard John's previous custom Buffy order (cost $70) and/or any other items that he has requested. John does not have his dad nor my permission to be ordering anything from you or anyone else. So, please cancel all orders immediately!!!. I did send a package yesterday with the items John promised you. You should be receiving it within a few days. Sincerely, Kelly McCurdy"
So now I have to find someone else to buy his Willow custom. It's frustrating when things like this happen. I hate to even put this thread up with his name in it, but I put a lot of time and effort into his custom, I don't have extra time like that. I had other commissions I could have made instead of his, but I even set those aside so I could get his custom done first. I wish I hadn't now.
He's a very nice kid and all (only 13), but this is just unfair to the customizer.
UPDATE:
We have talked it over, and he had okayed it with his dad but not his mom. But his mom is still against him buying it, so yeah.

Yeah, I'm sure I screwed you out of two different transaction with all the other 480+ positives on ebay. I may have sent a package out late (can't remember, been a year) but I do not just not send stuff out to people. If I did that, I wouldn't be an ebay member with all the feedback. Whatever.

Just because you have 480+ positives doesn't mean that you are a totally steller eBayer. I know I would have given you bad feedback and I would have opened a Paypal dispute with you if I didn't run out of time waiting for my stuff to arrive. I was nice enough to give you more time to get it out, but it never came.
Why would I be complaining unless I had a problem with you? I just don't make stuff up.
Whatever, you can think what you want. Maybe you did ship both boxes to me, maybe it was just bad luck that I didn't get either of them. I would suggest putting on delivery confirmation on your boxes from now on to prove that you actually did send the items, because that will tell you if the package arrived or not. Too bad you didn't do that before, it would have told you both of my packages didn't arrive (the original one and the replacements).
I just thought I'd defend myself. If you have anything more to say to me you can just PM me.
