She choose to stay silent with my messages. So I choose to start a dispute with her on paypal. Hope it will make her react. If it doesn't, I'll contact paypal directly, and I won't stop til I got : or my money back, or my figures. She won't win so easily ...

She's been on the board more than we think - and seeing everything we write. That being said why hasn't she done anything about the mess-up? No, nothing can be done with paypal after 45 days are up. Plus, depending on other things you may not be able to get you money back... PM for details I am sure that she will start to post things soon. Also, Justhad, is there anyway you could try and help the others out, with you being a mod and all?

I only can tell because I've seen her name up, a lot.
I wish I could do something about it, while being a mod, but there's nothing I can do. I've had some pretty bad trades in the past and no other mods could do a single thing for me as much as I tried. I was surprised Buffyville was even taken off as a member. I've lost lots of money in items to people who are still members of this board. The most we can do is keep those disputes and claims going (I've escalated mine to a claim) and try to get our money back. Maybe if enough people are having issues, Chad will take a similar action that he has taken with other members who have not come through in with transactions, whatever the case was. I'm not promoting that idea at all, but it may have to start happening. I've become very cautious when trading and buying on this board.

But I don't know how it works after 45 days. Maybe you should try to send a message to papal directly .. we never know

I got My chosen Buffy and Dawn for willow, also a lot of floor bases and accesories, she was very good in all moments, she also support me when it was a mistake in the package, i don't think she's bad, i had a good deal with her.

When it comes to shipping, it's usually around $20 to ship a bust overseas, and usually that is via the 1-2 month way. Faster, you usually have to pay $10 or so more. I paid $50 once to get a 10 pound or so package to France in a weeks time. Sorry to say that but you are totally wrong. If you send a bust via airmail, you will have to pay around $20 and you will have to wait one week before receiving it, sometimes it's 10 days and sometimes it's 5 days but no 1-2 month. If you want to receive something in 6-8 weeks, send it by surface, you will pay really less, but you will have to wait a long time. Willow sent my package by surface (it's written on the package I received), she paid 4,10 $ and not around 20 $. She lied, I'm sure about that. I bought many times to american sellers, so I know what I say.

You're pretty much telling me that the transactions I completed did not occur and that the shipping charges were not what they were. In my experience, at my Kansas post office, with the weights of the items I sent, those were my prices. I've never ever charged someone extra money for shipping and usually end up paying more out of my pocket. Surface is less, and I usually have to use that service if the buyer didn't give me enough money to ship it faster. I can't use global priority, so shippnig charges are usually higher. I don't remember the exact prices on every single item I've ever shipped to France, Israel, UK, Singapore, etc... but if you believe you've been gipped, please go after the seller. I'm offering up some of my experiences, albeit good or bad ones, not to prove you wrong. You should file a claim to get your shipping money back, because if it's exactly what you said, then you deserve your money back. I'm not against you, truly, I'm for your cause.

FrancelovesBuffy- I too have ordered buffy busts (3 of them) from the usa in the past month and the postage for them was $18 for one of the busts and the other two cost $22 each. This was for airmail and i got them all in around about a week. And i'm in australia, so i would assume postage between the usa and europe would be even cheaper.
You could ask willow to refund some of the excess postage, but i doub tyou'd get a response.
Good to see a couple more people have got their items, i'll let you all know if i get mine too.

I sent a PM to Willow 6 weeks ago to know what happened. It was the day I received the bust. I told her to refund me of overpriced shipping costs if she paid only 4,10 $. She gave me an answer, but not an acceptable reason. She told me that she would try to find the paper to prove that she was in good faith, but I didn't receive any other PM. I know that I must accept now to never be refunded but I wanted to let people know to help them to be more careful.
If Willow read this thread, she can try to defend her. But for me her silence means that she lied.
Justhad, if the price on the package is around the price the buyer paid, there's no problem, it's sure that you are honest, but when there's a big difference, it's unacceptable. So don't be hurt in your feelings, there's no reason.

FrancelovesBuffy, I think your best bet is to confront her and try to get some of the money back. Hopefully she'll find a way to work it out with you, or explain the situation around the $4.10 stamp.

I wanted to say that I did a deal with Willow and received the items several days ago, within two weeks of the transaction. I have done many transactions with her and always been really happy with the outcome. I know that others have had some frustrations, but my experience continues to be good.
On the international shipping front, I have shipped several Buffy packages internationally. One never arrived to DigiLee in Canada. Another one I sent to the UK never arrived to the recipient. I replaced DigiLee's item and refunded the UK buyer's money. I will no longer ship internationally because of these problems. Too much goes wrong.

I finally got my packet from Willow ... but I have to say I'm very angry !!! First : she asked me 5,25$ for the shipping, but she paid only 2,55$ and second : she never tell that Gloria head came without the hair !!! I'm just disgusted ! Can't understand how people can have such bad intentions !!! For sure, I'll never make a deal with her anymore !!!!!

In the other side, I bought many times from american sellers, professionnals or not, and I received most of them without problem. And there was a problem, my order has been replaced or refunded. No problem : 95% My worst experience was with Willow because even if I received my package, the wait was difficult (receive a package after 8 weeks instead of 1 week, and you will understand). If I would have paid 4,10 $ for shipping costs instead of 20 $, I would be agree to wait to save money.
