Along the way, Buffy and the legion of Slayers join forces with the irresistible Dracula to defeat a tight-nit group of nefarious vampires, in which the Slayers suffer a massive hit.Pub. This was an awesome issue and Wolves at the Gate has got to be my favorite arc so far. I love the talk between Willow and Buffy. I feel so bad for Xander losing Renee, I also want to see more of Willow's past and what went on with all the magic. I actually thought Drac totally kicked ass in the issue since he was kinda pointless in the first 3, it was also nice that he gave Xander the sword to finish off the vamp that killed his girl. I kinda feel bad for Satsu because it seems like she might get her heart broken if Buffy and her keep up the one night stands. All and all great issue.

Finally an issue that really felt like Buffy. This I think is the first time I felt like this was the real deal. I really liked the whole Wolves at the Gate arc, it was definitely the best, and this is the best issue so far. The great lines, and the action! Love it!

This was a truly awesome issue! And one of the best ones so far! ;D
Showing us Renee's death from her perspective was an interesting idea and it made me feel even more sad for Xander. Dracula giving Xander a chance to avenge Renee death and Buffy comforting Xander was also very well done.
And Willow discovering something interesting about that snake woman from "Grave" (don't recall her name) raised many interesting question. Oh and the Dawn vs RoboDawn was hilarious! ;D

This snake lady is the one from issue 10, her name begins with a V or something...cant remember now.

saga vasuki is her name.
And if you look at the background behind the name...
'Vasuki was a great seprent in Asian mythologies and the legends about him evolved around destruction AND immortality'
so theres gossip going about, involving Willow and maybe her trying to find out how to be immortal or something...? Could have something to do with Kennedys death and ressurection willow mentioned earlier on in the Season.

Until you mention, I was so sure she was the one from "Grave" but now I realized we're talking about one who's part snake while the other was just a woman with a snake. Makes it even more intriguing. ;D

The japanese witch who willow battles with as they are falling from through the sky mentions that she was also tutored by the same saga vasuki in wolves at the gate prt 4.
Im guessing she isnt a friendly character.lol.
from her panel in anywhere but here she seemed to have seduced willow and from the panel in wolves at the gate prt 4 with her hair on fire im guessing really shes evil. and seeing as it showed Manhattan burning with the scythe above it Im thinking this is the hint that makes willow and buffy go to Manhattan in Time of your life prt 1.
