That works well for you! I'm just going to wait until Matty has her up...I will probably have to sit by my iPhone at work and hope I can get it before my boss notices and it sells out...and then hope I don't get to busy to take the time to get it. That is what happened on Mad Matty Monday! Come to think of it...maybe I should pre-order it on ebay.

I ordered Marlena yesterday! Can't wait to have the Royal family! The Sorceress is great! BG Evil Lyn has a nice look, I love the dark colors and the lighter skin although I would have preferred a true Filmation or 200x variant, but she is still nice looking. and Shadow Weaver is a thing of beauty...I'm just frustrated that she is the club exclusive. I will not be buying the club because there are a lot of figures I don't have much interest in. Like the Star Sisters, some of the variants, the beasts, and a few of the regular line. If they had levels of subscriptions I would get one that only included the main monthly figure and I could sell off the ones I don't want...but I can't afford to keep hundreds of dollars free on one card each month for some of the heaver months. I guess I will watch ebay and hope for the best.

I got Queen Marlena and I LOVE her!!! So much good stuff here and so much fun!!! Queen Marlena: Captain Marlena Glenn: Cringer: I can't find her sword...I had it earlier...But still, and impressive take for $25...considering Leela from Doctor who was the same price. Matel shows Underground Toys how it's done!

Did you alter the Queen head's eyes? or doesn't the black line go all the way across the bottom eyelid on her head?

No, her eyes actually look pretty good! The line not going all the way makes her look less cartoony. I wasn't as lucky with the other head, but it still doesn't look bad.

That's awesome to hear. Thanks Jinxie!
I have both versions on order. Hopefully they won't be too far away.

After a few days of playing with Marlena and the rest of the Royal family (Adora looks good on the dress body) I finally got my small collection back together: I need more Heroic warriors!!! If they would re-issued Man-at-Arms and Teela I would be thrilled, as it is the prices on these two on ebay are way too high to justify! I plan on getting Man-e-Faces and Beast Man tomorrow on Matty Collectors and I pick up the new Zodac in the Toys R Us two pack when our store gets it in.

Am I the only one in this room? Anyway, I can talk to myself! I am having so much fun with this line, it brings back so many memories from my childhood. My 4 year old is also enjoying them. He will come in our room and ask for He Man. I, of course, let him play with any of them he wants because it is so much fun to see him enjoying toys that I loved as a kid. ;D I was able to pick up Man-E-Faces and Beast Man today on Matty Collectors. I can't wait to get these two. I'm especially excited for Beast Man, is a must have for my collection! I will post updated pictures when I get them...even though I'm alone in here, I enjoy looking at them.

I'm here!
I'm just not feeling a lot of love for Mattel or MOTUC at the moment after they made Shadow Weaver the subscription exclusive, are lowering production number of figures to sell to non-subscribers and no longer doing re-releases for sold-out figures.
I am looking forward to Leech in September, She-Ra 2.0 in ... November (?) and Kobra Kahn in March 2012. Other than that, I must admit that not much really excites me about the future of the line.
I'm sure my interest will be revived if they ever make any more Etherian Rebellion members! The Star Sisters are okay, but I've never even heard of them other than in MOTU forums and I really wish we were getting Glimmer, Angella or Frosta (or all three) instead. She-Ra needs some help to fight the ever growing Horde army.

I would post in here more often but because the figures take so long to get here, usually i'm beaten to the punch on pictures and opinions!

I'm here! I'm just not feeling a lot of love for Mattel or MOTUC at the moment after they made Shadow Weaver the subscription exclusive, are lowering production number of figures to sell to non-subscribers and no longer doing re-releases for sold-out figures. Oh, good, I'm glad some people still read this thread and have some interest in the line. I feel the same way and I almost got the sub but someone on the another forum said to look back at this past year and what has been offered up already for 2012 and see how many of the figures you got our would have got and if it is most of them do the sub, if not then don't. I have to admit, although I think most of the figures are great, I'm really not interested in every single figure and would have only got less than half the new figures this year and am only interested in the Sorceress and Kobra Kahn for next year (Maybe Dreago-Man because he is awesome)! I'm not pleased that Shadow Weaver is the sub exclusive and I would have bought her in a heartbeat if she wasn't, but I have accepted that and will not get the sub and will continue to pick up only figures I want and IF I have to pay a little more on the secondary market for something I miss that is better than buying a ton of figures I don't want. It sucks they are lowering production numbers, but I will chance it. I think there is also a chance they will come back and re-issue some figures in the future if there is demand...maybe. I am looking forward to Leech also, I think I will get a lot of the Horde, for some reason they have always been my favorite. Yeah, the Great Rebellion needs some more love! I don't have a lot of interest in them but I will probably get the three you listed to flush out the faction a little and for She-Ra to have a little back up on my shelf. I would post in here more often but because the figures take so long to get here, usually i'm beaten to the punch on pictures and opinions! I would love to see pictures of your collection! I don't think it is ever too late to post pictures or you opinions of the figures. I can't join He-Man.org because I don't have a "legitimate" email. and when I tried to register at MattyCollectors.com I never got the confirmation email so I couldn't confirm my registration and I can't re-register because my user name and email are already taken. So this is the only place I have to discuss this awesome figures for now.

Your display looks really cool Jinxie. My older brother had He-man figures when we were young. I watched the cartoon with him, but didn't play with the toys...probably because he didn't have any of the girl figures! ;D I'm going to take a new pic of my collection once Marlena arrives. Some of my comic con goodies arrived today, so hopefully the good Queen isn't far away. I am also looking forward to seeing the Rebellion expand. She-Ra, Bow & the Star Sisters need some friends!! I do love Mermista, with her cute French accent. Sweet Bee & Frosta were also cool. Angella & Glimmer are must haves. Seahawk is available now too! From the PoP baddies I really love Entrapta & her wild braids! (& her funky pommy accent) Octavia, Scorpia & Mantenna would be great to round out the higher ranks. (After the already seen Shadow Weaver & Leech ofcourse) As for the sub, I can't see any figures I do not like, so I signed up & will continue to do so as long as the line continues.

I'm looking forward to seeing Octavia, Scorpia and especially Mantenna!
BUT She-Ra needs some more friends before the Horde gets too much larger. If Mattel think the Star Sisters will sell, then where is their faith in more well known characters like Frosta, Glimmer, Queen Angella, Castaspella, Spinerella, Netossa, etc.

My guesses woud be Frosta & Scorpia. Hopefully Glimmer too.

I would love to see a few more POP girls! I really want Mermista. I would love it if they made the legs and tail detachable and made a nice stand for her when she is the mermaid, like a rock she can sit on or something. Here is an update of my collection: And I did a little customizing on Evil Lyn. I made her more Filmation like by adding the cape, painting her fur trim black, and all the navy a dark purple. I didn't go as light as the cartoon because I wanted her to keep the same over all look as the original figure. Since I took this picture I made a new cape that is a little wider and I fringed the bottom so it would look warn. You can't tromp around Eternia without getting a little ware on your cape.
