Giles returns with a device that may be able to deactivate Spike's trigger. To rob the song of its power, Spike must step into his own past and relive one of the most traumatic experiences of his unnaturally long life. Meanwhile Robin makes plans to deal with Spike in case the device doesn't work. Or possibly even if it does. Writers: David Fury, Drew Goddard

While being intrigued on the whole "Trigger" deal with Spike and Robin's past, I didn't think this episode lived up to its potential.
It did raised couple of interesting issues such as the growing gap between Buffy and Giles, and the tension between Robin and Buffy over dealing with Spike.
But overall, it felt as if the episode was lacking a curtain something which, unlike many other episodes, didn't make me want to watch it again.
IMO, 7/10.
