I have decided to take a small break from the Buffy Season Finales drawing until I can work out an idea for the layout and to clear my thoughts...not to worry the break will be brief and there will be an update for that drawing soon . In the meantime I offer you an in progress scan of another drawing that I am working on (actually I am working on 3 drawings at once...LOL) This Drawing is a commission for Sammie and is the second drawing in my Harry Potter series of drawings. The drawing features Evanna Lynch as Luna Lovegood from the movie "Harry Potter and the Order of The Phoenix" . This scan shows the initial cleaned up line drawing with white highlights and is only half of the total drawing. the other half of the drawing will feature a smaller portrait of Luna using her wand. as always constructive comments and criticisms are welcomed and appreciated so Please let me know what you think ;D

Here is an update scan of the Luna Lovegood drawing. In this scan I have blocked in the main portrait and have started adding details and blocking in the background colors. The drawing is still in the "rough" stage and has quite a lot of work left to be done Next I will work on the smaller portrait. After all of the colors are blocked in I will then go back and add more details to tie both sections of the drawing together. As always constructive comments and criticisms are welcomed and appreciated...so Please let me know what you think ;D

I love it so far! You got the hair color down very accurate, and the face looks really soft and sweet like in the real picture. The necklace and earrings add a lot of character and i can't wait to see what you do with the 'magic'. Really cute piece of art! The only criticism (if you can even call it that) i have is the white 'gloss' in her eyes is not on the same place in both eyes, so it makes her look a bit cross eyed. But this could be just me, i always look at the eyes right away. But apart from that small note, it's near perfect. I'm thinking about doing a Luna shrine or something, with the drawing as a center piece... that would be cool.

Here is the next up date scan of the Luna Lovegood drawing. In this scan I have blocked in the Hogwarts stained glass window and started some of the wispy "Magic" effects in the background. the next step will be to block in the smaller portrait of Luna, finish blocking in the background and then add all the tiny details to tie the drawing together. As always constructive comments and criticisms are Welcomed and appreciated...so Please let me know what you think

Scotty, one word: SUPERB She looks fantastic in both drawings. The patronus and background looks amazing
The patronus looks so magical and whispy, exactly like smoke. I love the hint of pink in it too
Breathtaking

As usual, another stunning representation! I love the stained glass (vibrant colors) and the filmy magic-y area around the bunny spell! Just lovely, once again!
