This has been something I've always wanted to try, and with Photoshop back in my hands I was able to play around with vector art. New: 10/22/07 Veronica Mars. I have been watching alot of the episodes recently and just HAD to do it. Thanks^^ I'd total love to do a Paris one, I think the blonde tones would be a real fun challenge to work with. dana.thedudes.nu/gallery/displayimage.php?album=400&pos=5There is the link to the original image, as you can see I totaly skipped her necklace (way to small and detailed), but the rest is there.

Did you jsut a filter or did you select each individual section? Looks really good -- congrats I went over each section by hand, coloring in all the shading and all the detail. No filters were used. Here is my next vector peice, in work. Having trouble with Phoebe's flesh tones...

Thank you^^ I took a few hours at least, and that is the simple version. If I had done more layers and tone, I would guess a few more hours. I use the Polygonal Lasso Tool. The magic wand dosn't cut it, and the regular lasso tool dosn't give you enough control, and is kind of sloopy. You should try it, I figured I'd fail, but its really fun and once you kind of get the hang of it, it because easier and alot of fun, plus it really is a good talent to know. And would make some great gift of family memebers or friends.
