Disney's Pinocchio (My First Oil Pastel Drawing)

Ok, so I've had oil pastels in my closet for the longest time, and I've never had the urge to use them. I saw a picture of Pinocchio that looks just like the one I'm about to post, and I loved it! I didn't look too difficult to draw, so I did my own.
For my first oil pastel drawing, I think I could have done alot better. Some of the area's I don't like are

- The hat (It looks very sloppy, and looks like I didn't take my time on it)

- The bow tie (this part also looks very sloppy, I wish I would have spent more time trying to get it to look correct)

- The eyes (they are both blurry, and don't look very good, but with all I had to work with were pastel's and a paper towel, so I did my best)
