Tru Davies’ destiny involved giving people a second chance in life. She saved people who were taken before their time. The show Tru Calling was taken long before its time. Tru Calling was murdered, and it deserves a second chance. It deserves to be saved. Now, FOX is not going to listen, the creators aren’t going to give up their current jobs to try to resurrect a “lost cause” in the television world. So I’m going to take this into my own hands. Tru Calling was given an unfinished ending. So many things were unresolved, so many secrets that Tru had yet to find out. How is that fair? Tru had something to offer the world, and the world took it away from us. So it’s time to bring back the Calling. The show ended on its fifth episode, and the second season DVD revealed the sixth unaired episode. And that was no way to end the series. So, I’m going to write fourteen more episodes, continuing Tru’s journey in life. The ending will be open, of course, so that if people want this series to continue in the fan world, it can. I will be following a mid-season outline set by Tru Calling staff writer Doris Egan (no, she had no involvement in this project, the plot was open to the public). But everything is originial. I have outlined many of the episodes. I cannot set a date when the series continuation will premier, but every episode will be written before hand. There will be a small three week absance of episodes if I need some more time to write episodes. If you feel that you want inolvment in this project, feel free to post here.

This sounds great, It was just criminal how this show was cancelled so I'm really looking forward to this! Could you maybe give us a few hints as to what the rest of the Season will entail? I wish I could help too, but I guess I'm just too busy with my other fanfics, but hey, I'll still be reading!!

I was so dissapointed the way Tru Calling was left off with so many questions unanswered. I am desperate to know if Tru ever defeat Jack and find the truth about her father, Carrie and Jensen. I can't wait to read how you think it should have ended.
I am here to help in anyway. Ideas, writting, making banners etc, just give me a shout.

This is definitely one fanfic I'll have to read.
Back when Tru Calling came on TV, I only watched a few beginning episodes. I never really got into it. However, I just got Tru Calling (Seasons 1 & 2) for Christmas, watched the entire series over a coarse of three or four days, and now I love the show. One thing I don't love, though, is the way the show was left without a proper ending. I can't help but wonder what happened...there were so many things left unfinished. I'm really glad someone is taking this project on, and I can't wait to read what you come up with!
Good luck!

Thank you everyone! You really lifted my spirits.
I also had only watched maybe three of the episodes when it was on air. But through its run I was always looking up on it, because it was so interesting. But for Christmas I also got season 1 and 2. And for two days I watched non-stop. The mythology was so interesting, and I know this is going to be a challenge. Writing something supernatural while still being realistic.
Hints?
Well first of all we’re going to find out what is up Richard’s butt, and why he’s plotting against his daughter. We’ll find out about Jack’s past, and how he and Richard met. We’ll find out why in the world Richard married Life, when he was obviously Death. Every character will grow. And remember, that’s not always a good thing. Episode seven is a strange one, and it will show a side of Jack that we’ve seen, but more intensified.
The finale… I don’t exactly like it. But it will leave the series very open ended.
Now, that’s all you get. Until I get bored, and you all get bored of waiting. And I’ll release a few previews.
Again, thank you!

What kind of help would you like? Proof reading? Co-writing? I would like to help but my creative writing skills are lacking.
